Premium plan holders can also enjoy extended warranty on replacements, additional property coverage, 90 days same as cash*, net 10 billing for rental properties and more!

Annual Plumbing and Safety Inspection
At the core of our plans is a free annual plumbing and safety inspection. During your first inspection one of our plumbing professionals will complete your home profile and thoroughly inspect your plumbing and gas systems.
The safety and efficiency portion of your inspection our plumbing expert will thoroughly check your plumbing and gas systems, locate your emergency shut-offs, tag your main and secondary shut-off valves and instruct your family on the procedures in the event of a plumbing or gas line emergency.
The home profile portion of your inspection a complete blue print of your home's plumbing and gas systems will be taken. It will include how many bathrooms you have, the brand of plumbing fixtures, type of water heater, location of your meter/shut-offs and more. When you call our office for service we will already know your home and the type of repair parts you may need, saving you time and money on an unnecessary trip.
Once your free annual inspection and home profile have been completed you will be mailed a copy of your home report. Each home report will show you items that need immediate attention, items you will want to keep an eye on and all the information your plumbing pro went over on their visit. This report will be kept on file at our office, allowing us to know exactly what you need every time you need service. It is like having a plumber right next door! No more guessing what type of faucet or water heater you have – we will already know.
