Limited Warranty Policy

We offer our customers a one year limited warranty on all service and installations.

We guarantee our installations and plumbing repairs to be free from defects in design and workmanship for a period of one year beginning on the day of the original installation.

This limited warranty does not apply where:

Repairs are needed to correct a manufacturers defect.
Products have been installed or tampered with by others.
Repairs have been made by others.
Repairs are required due to normal (or excessive) wear and tear.
Damage is caused through misuse, abuse or neglect.
Clogs or back-ups due to improperly disposed items.

This warranty does not cover labor charges for the correction, replacement or repair due to manufacturer defects. Labor charges are the responsibility of the homeowner and are due at the time of service.

In the event of an installation or repair failure, any such defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion as our inspection discloses. We guarantee you a call back within 24 hours to schedule an appointment to resolve your service needs. At your convenience, our service department schedules appointments Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (770) 704-1915.
