This company is a fraud they completed work at my rental property without my authorization. I was told one lie after another and they refused in the end to reverse the charges. I had to flag to my credit card company for them to handle, and in the end I WON! HORRIBLE COMPANY

Jesus responded quickly on a Sunday morning and resolved our leak. A few days later we also had Jesus update some old pipes and outside faucets. He also replaced our old gas hot water heater. The absolute worst!! I had two men from this company come out on Friday to identify and fix a water leak in my walls, and not only did they fail to identify or fix the issue, they cut a bunch of holes in my walls, left the mess on the floor along with the saw blade, turned my hot water off, and left for the weekend without saying a word! After calling all weekend, and speaking to a Manager today, I have yet to receive an apology, and they claim to be sending someone out on Tuesday to “take a look at it.” You go ahead and decide if this is the type of company that you want to give your hard-earned money to, and trust inside your home.

Come on now. Yes, I've had some plumbing issues in the recent past, but does My Georgia Plumber only have an "A Team"? Lee, who came to the house (again) is incredibly talented and so patient. The 'behind the scenes' staff, like, Clay, was phenomenal too. I'd say that all service providers should take a lesson from these good folks at My Georgia plumber as to how service should really be done. I'll never go elsewhere and can only sing their praises!
