My Georgia Plumber did some work for me last year and when I had a home warranty call this year I specifically asked for them. I was scheduled the day after I called and received a text message that evening to confirm the time that they will be coming the next day.My plumber was actually early. Scheduled between 1 and 3 he showed up at 1245. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set about to repair it.Because my house is 50+ yrs old, it had a lead pipe and CJ had some questions for his supervisor to confirm he was doing everything right. He kept me updated throughout the repair and explained he was calling his supervisor because he's not as familiar with the style of lead pipe. I appreciated that he knew when to make a call.Just a note on the 1 star home warranty reviews- keep in mind that the home warranty company approves or denies the coverage, not the plumber. So all the one stars here because your "issue" got denied- go give your home warranty contract a read or go and give them a 1 star, not My Georgia Plumber.

The installer did a great job. He came and looked over the job, removed the old copper pipes hooked to the refrigerator and replaced it with pex and a cut off valve. Attached the new pipe to the refrigerator and replaced the cold water cut off under the sink. We are glad that my Georgia plumber was able to help us get it working. Thanks goes to Santos for doing a great job and clean up at the end.

Their prices are high but good service. Most plumbing companies will waive their dispatch fee if you agree to the work they don’t. It wasn’t an emergency call or a weekend and they still charged over $200 to change a PVC pipe from a leaky sink.

This company is unethical and lacks business integrity. They misrepresented their capabilities and overcharged for services they were unable to provide and are now not unwilling to compensate for the work that was not performed. They attempted to cheat the warranty company that assigned regretfully assigned them to our job, but were successful in doing so to myself. Make sure you ask questions and get details of the scope of work in writing, and avoid paying any fees upfront.
