I love My Ga Plumber because they typically have an opening within a day or two to come out, and their prices are reasonable. Plus, most home warranty companies use them so you can get your services covered by your home warranty membership. The quality of the work is top notch!

It was an overall great experience. Santos really knew what i needed to get my plumbing right. And was courteous, fast, and professional.The "New Tech" Preston, certainly didn't seem new to me. He handled the situation like and experienced veteran plumber. We had a small misunderstanding over the scope of job, and it was sorted quickly, with little to no frustration, due to the quick response and five star service, of the office staff.There are zero complaints from this customer. Mario and Luigi themselves, would be proud to call My Georgia Plumber, in case of a plumbing need.

This company is great they were on time friendly the technician told everything that needed to be done and checked everything. I have never been so happy with the estimate before they have a promotion to check it for free now and financing if you qualify great company, great technicians. they came out and fixed everything perfectly I’m very happy with the results.

On Mar 1, 2023 Robert D from My Georgia Plumber did a very complete and professional repair of our single shower lever that had become very difficult to move on and off. He arrived on time and was done in a very short time. The only charge was for the repair parts and the come--out charge was FREE with my Home Care Club Membership. Thanks for the quick response and repair which now makes the shower lever very easy to move. GREAT WORK GUYS!!

We had an issue with hot water not coming out in a shower. The home warranty dispatched My Georgia Plumber. They called within 15mins of placing the ticket and someone came out in 2 days. The first tech diagnosed the problem and made me aware that the parts should be covered by Moen's lifetime warranty. They next communication I got was from Moen, stating parts had been ordered. So they had the parts ordered on my behalf without any intervention on my part. Once they arrived, I scheduled a return service in their portal. He came out and had it fixed in about 30min. Truly one of the best experiences I have had with a service company/contractor since owning this home for years now.

Techs responded within 20 minutes for a frozen water line that burst. Had to wait for warmer weather to repair. Meanwhile noticed a major issue with hot water heater. Techs were very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of job and how it works. Tech even found issue with original install. Price very reasonable. Made sure I understood all of the shutoffs. Thank you for job well done.

We had a leak from an upstairs children's bathroom into our main floor kitchen. We were concerned that the technician was going to have to cut the ceiling open to get to and check the pipes.Instead, he was here for a very short duration and noticed that the shower head in that bathroom was pointed high enough on the back wall that it causing the water to run out of the tub and into small gaps between floor and trim. Also, a rug was covering the spot, making it harder to notice if you weren't the user.No repair was needed, and just changing the shower head directino resolved the problem. He also recommended a device that could we could purchase and attach ourselves to that part of the shower to make water less likely to run out.Trevor performed the investigation and reported the results. He had a accomplice that he appeared to be training. Trevor did an excellent job, and we're grateful for her ability to discover the issue and help us avoid an expensive investigation into our ceiling.

Chandler provided a text ETA and arrived on time. He assessed the problem immediately. Had what he needed to fix the problem.Then he asked, "was there anything else I can look at for you while I am here?" WHAT!!! He asked about my water heater. Looked at it. Made some suggestions and shared some options! He even suggested I get a water leak detector, just on case the water heater began to leak!-. I think he provided the best service call I have ever had!

They came out, repaired my pipes that froze in the crazy weather,...... did a fantastic job, were there when promised, amazing technicians,..... I have 7 rental properties, and needed a reliable plumber, and they will be getting all of my business for any plumbing that I need in the future. Pricing structure is fair, and reasonable, very pleased with everything from start to finish. A+ ( I do not typically bother to do "feedback" and "ratings" , but for me, a good plumber is hard to find, and when I find one, I am happy to share my experience and praise) ..... they earned it. !!! Jesus came to our home to work on several issues on our home. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. He checked to make sure I understood what he was doing and always asked if I had any questions. When making the appointment, the staff answering the calls were very friendly and professional. My Georgia Plumber sent Santos to replace sewer pipes, that needed to be replaced due to the house settling. Healso installed a blowout valve, for easy access, should a clog happen again. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Jesus responded quickly on a Sunday morning and resolved our leak. A few days later we also had Jesus update some old pipes and outside faucets. He also replaced our old gas hot water heater. Beware they are out to take your money! Too expensive! I had them come out to my business and to clear a clogged toilet. They quoted me almost $1500 to remove the toilet, clear the clog and reset the toilet. I asked the plumber if he could wait while I called another plumber to get another quote. He said I had to make a decision in 15 minutes. Way over priced for what they need to do and they try to pressure you to use their services.

I had a water line break in my front yard. The first set of plumbers were not able to locate the leak and wanted a leak detection company (separate bill) to come out and locate it before they fixed it. Ga Plumbers were able to locate leak and fix it before night fall on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Very professional and nice. They communicated well from the first phone to the follow through.

Very professional and skillful technician (Trevor). Prime plumbing refused to handle the request calling it an access issue. I called MGP at 645am because I didn't have hot water. By 11am, Robert from MGP was in the house, not only fixing the issue but explaining to me what he was doing and what I should look for in the future. He spent time answering my questions and was most pleasant and professional. I've used MGP before and will most certainly use them in the future should the need arise.

Worst experience ever! They were dispatched through my home warranty company American Home Shield. It took them 3 days to come inspect my water heater after I consistently called and begged for a precise window of time. When Chandler arrived he commented that the water heater has been leaking for “a while”. I corrected his opinion that it had not been due to it just started 4 days earlier. I told him I had only lived in the home for 5 mos and when I had the home inspected it was not leaking. I also had a professional maintenance man look at it and he concurred with the inspector. Chandler put his unprofessional opinion of the hot water been leaking for 6 months in the report to American Home Shield and they won’t cover under warranty. Meanwhile this company quoted me $3800 for an electric 40 gallon water heater. I challenge Chandler the plumber to prove his opinion on a 6 month leak. I got proof through 2 inspections and I also have his recorded conversation that he wouldn’t report his opinion.
