1 Star is too high. I paid for my tub to be fixed on 9/15/23 and it wasn't able to be fixed so I would be given a refund. It's 4/25/24 and have still not been refunded. I have called a countless amount of times, and can never talk to the right people. I am told they see I'm due a refund, it's been escalated, they need to transfer me to the correct department, and I'll get a call back. I have never received a call back and am still due my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they will steal from you.

Good - Communication is fantastic. You get calls, emails and texts to keep you up-to-date. When the tech is in route, you get a text with his/her picture. They are thorough and explain everything they are doing. Appointments are easy to get; even same day.Bad - Pricing. That said, I don't know the market and maybe it's competitive, but estimates nearly $50 to replace a flapper seems high to me. The last couple of times I get "scary warnings" of everything that's about to happen any minute. For example, the toilet could start leaking any day, but we can replace it now. I've lived in 40-yr old homes where the toilet seals hold. You fix when it happens. No need to scare people into upselling.Overall - I use them and will likely continue because they are there when you need them. Just remember caveat emptor, and don't get hooked into extra work that might not be needed.

This company is a fraud they completed work at my rental property without my authorization. I was told one lie after another and they refused in the end to reverse the charges. I had to flag to my credit card company for them to handle, and in the end I WON! HORRIBLE COMPANY

Jesus responded quickly on a Sunday morning and resolved our leak. A few days later we also had Jesus update some old pipes and outside faucets. He also replaced our old gas hot water heater. He and his helper Thomas did a great job and we plan to use their services in the future as needed. Thank you! Laura

The absolute worst!! I had two men from this company come out on Friday to identify and fix a water leak in my walls, and not only did they fail to identify or fix the issue, they cut a bunch of holes in my walls, left the mess on the floor along with the saw blade, turned my hot water off, and left for the weekend without saying a word! After calling all weekend, and speaking to a Manager today, I have yet to receive an apology, and they claim to be sending someone out on Tuesday to “take a look at it.” You go ahead and decide if this is the type of company that you want to give your hard-earned money to, and trust inside your home.

Company stole 149.95 from me. Do not use them because they don't tell you once you do, you are on the hook for memberships that cost out of control. Awful and terrible company. Do not use. Find anyone else you can. They are horrible.

I love this group! They have installed toilets, hot water heater and dish washer plus they have done repairs for me over the last many years. Recently, had an emergency plumbing issue. Chandler arrived quickly to provide immediate resolution. Mike came over the next day to inspect the lines and provided me with such great comfort and with much education. Great team!
