Santos was my plumber and they did an amazing job of fixing my issues. After, two repairs to a slab leak we finally decided to reroute the pipes threw the walls. It took them 4 hours and I have 4 minor holes to repair in the walls. I say it was a success other than now I need someone to repair my holes and I paid My Plumber a total of approx $10k for leaks that could have been fixed correctly the first time.

DO NOT SIGN UP for their Original Home Care Membership ($149.95). I received the renewal in the mail April 20, 2023 with a due date of June 1, 2023 and within a few days of receiving the renewal, they charged my credit card. I called to cancel the membership on April 25th and was told it would be 7-10 business days to receive the credit. After the 10th day, no credit. I called and was told it would be 30 days and I was given incorrect information. I asked if it was 30 regular days or 30 business days. The representative did not know the answer. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. This is bad business practice for any company. If you use My GA Plumber, do not sign up for the membership.

Preston was extremely polite and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. He worked with me to try and get me the best estimate before he began work. He did not have all the parts needed on his truck, so he will be coming back to finish the job. I would highly recommend Preston!

They have forgotten the name of service, the membership service is a lie. Have used their service since 2018 it was good then. Now they press for memberships and provide no service, it's just an advance on call fees for any service you contract. If they say the warrantees on your water heater has ended, so has their promise to flush it on their membership services they promised. The manufacturer's warrantee on my unit is verified good for another two years 2025.

Jesus R the plumber who repaired our water heater system was truly exceptional in his efficiency which was critical for us as we had absolutely no water in the house and had an important function to attend that afternoon. As my wife and I needed a shower to get ready for it his repair was accomplished shortly before he had estimated allowing us to make our meeting on time which was a real blessing to us!Thank you Jesus!

I just spoke to Katrina, service manager, at My Georgia Plumber. She was argumentative, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Funny thing is, I asked to speak to her boss before beginning this second conversation with her. I did not want to speak to her after she blatantly lied to me and told me the complete opposite of what the technician told me on April 18th. She dismissed the conversation after arguing with me about my service requests, instead of calling the service manager and the technician that was familiar with my property. Through the frustration of our conversation, she used me stating my consideration of filing suit to AHS as a reason to end the conversation and instruct her staff to no longer speak with me, because of a mistake My Georgia Plumber made. She stated they did not make mistake, although the technician apologized to me after admitting what he didn't catch on April 18th. She said, " Since you're filing a lawsuit against my client American Home Shied, I can no longer speak to you. I responded, " I said that is the direction I am considering as you are not assisting in providing a solution, which is what I told the service manager was doing last week." She proceeded by stating that I did state I was filing a law suit, so that ends the conversation. She dismissed my opposing statement and ended the conversation by being ingenious and with a mockery of customer service.I requested to schedule a meeting with the service manager, the technician, but she did not want to move forward with that. She instead asked me, "what do you want out of this?"I don't typically write reviews, but this was necessary. As someone who servers the Cherokee County community and is a part of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, I will ensure to share the unprofessional conduct of My Georgia Plumber is known within the community.I would also like to state that my technician, Preston, was upstanding and provided good customer service despite his back office team.*******This is the response to the business.My Georgia Plumber is completely omitting the 1st phone conversation we had, in order to save face of their business.The 2nd phone conversation is where I stated there may be consideration to file suit against their client. I asked for a meeting with Katrina's boss at the beginning of this conversation before any legal jargon was introduced. To provide insight, I have 2 water heaters in my home, and due to the inaccurate reporting of My Georgia Plumber, I was dealing with the warranty company for an additional 4 weeks as they were trying to discover the issue of the water heater, reasoning why the warranty company asked for a recall by My Georgia Plumber.On the first phone conversation, I told Katrina that her technician Preston B . made a mistake by not reporting the water heater under manufacturer's warranty back when he inspected in mid-March. I was calling to speak to service manager Chris, who I was informed will be making a call to a vendor or someone who knew to help remedy the situation. Preston B. apologized to me on April 18th for the mistake and stated he called his service manager, and that he will get in touch with the warranty company to help remedy the situation. The day of the phone conversations with Katrina was the day I was calling to find out if Chris was able to come up with a solution. (He was out on vacation) Katrina basically called me a liar and that My Georgia Plumber did report everything as they were supposed to. She also asked, "So what do you want do about it?", and when I asked for some accountability, she denied it. I told her that she could call Preston B. to validate the claim I was making. She said she don't need to cause she is his boss.Again, I advise you use another company, unless your work order is simple. This is the response to the business.*If both water heaters were reported under manufacturer's warranty, does it make sense that the warranty company will still be working on the request weeks after. *I've also complained to the BBB.

Preston is a super nice guy who really put in the extra work to get things to work. I had some stems in sink faucets that were highly corroded, but he took a lot of extra effort to ensure that he got them freed up and was able to replace them

Techs responded within 20 minutes for a frozen water line that burst. Had to wait for warmer weather to repair. Meanwhile noticed a major issue with hot water heater. Techs were very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of job and how it works. Tech even found issue with original install. Price very reasonable. Made sure I understood all of the shutoffs. Thank you for job well done.

It was an overall great experience. Santos really knew what i needed to get my plumbing right. And was courteous, fast, and professional.The "New Tech" Preston, certainly didn't seem new to me. He handled the situation like and experienced veteran plumber. We had a small misunderstanding over the scope of job, and it was sorted quickly, with little to no frustration, due to the quick response and five star service, of the office staff.There are zero complaints from this customer. Mario and Luigi themselves, would be proud to call My Georgia Plumber, in case of a plumbing need.

On Mar 1, 2023 Robert D from My Georgia Plumber did a very complete and professional repair of our single shower lever that had become very difficult to move on and off. He arrived on time and was done in a very short time. The only charge was for the repair parts and the come--out charge was FREE with my Home Care Club Membership. We had an issue with hot water not coming out in a shower. The home warranty dispatched My Georgia Plumber. They called within 15mins of placing the ticket and someone came out in 2 days. The first tech diagnosed the problem and made me aware that the parts should be covered by Moen's lifetime warranty. They next communication I got was from Moen, stating parts had been ordered. So they had the parts ordered on my behalf without any intervention on my part. Once they arrived, I scheduled a return service in their portal. He came out and had it fixed in about 30min. Truly one of the best experiences I have had with a service company/contractor since owning this home for years now.

We had a leak from an upstairs children's bathroom into our main floor kitchen. We were concerned that the technician was going to have to cut the ceiling open to get to and check the pipes.Instead, he was here for a very short duration and noticed that the shower head in that bathroom was pointed high enough on the back wall that it causing the water to run out of the tub and into small gaps between floor and trim. Also, a rug was covering the spot, making it harder to notice if you weren't the user.No repair was needed, and just changing the shower head directino resolved the problem. He also recommended a device that could we could purchase and attach ourselves to that part of the shower to make water less likely to run out.Trevor performed the investigation and reported the results. He had a accomplice that he appeared to be training. Trevor did an excellent job, and we're grateful for her ability to discover the issue and help us avoid an expensive investigation into our ceiling.
