Mike and his team were outstanding. They arrive at the time expected and immediately evaluated the situation and went to work. While the project was some what more difficult than expected they perservered and saw it through to a very successful completion.

Dan arrive in the time frame promised and immediately went to work to identify the problem. Unfortunately the issue would require additional assest beyond Dan's job discription and another appontment was made to address my sewer line issues. I had no problem what soever with Dan and his skill. As far as pricing concerned I find your company competitive.

CUSTOMER STATED: They were unable to get the water to divert from the tub spout to the shower. They also had a leak coming from the tub in the upstairs bathroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that the tub spout was located in the upstairs hallway guest bathroom of home, and the diverter was no longer functioning properly. The h/o also stated that there was water damage showing up whenever the bath tub was used. I let h/o know we would need to change out the tub spout, and start with replacing the overflow gasket to fix todays issues. I presented options to have the gasket changes through service, and the h/o elected to move forward with repairs through service. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I was able to successfully replace the existing tub spout with new spout, and replace the overflow gasket with no issues. After replacing the gasket there was still water leaking from the overflow assembly, and I made the h/o aware we would need to replace the whole assembly to

**ANNUAL PLUMBING INSPECTION** Tech Notes: Upon inspection everything inside the home is functioning properly. I did find that the main level powder bathroom toilet inner components were in bad condition. This is mainly the fill valve, and flapper. I let the h/o know I would recommend replacing the toilet, or having a minor rebuild done to prevent any future plumbing issues with this toilet. I also found that the tub spout diverter for the upstairs master bathroom was very difficult to use, and also recommended replacing this as well. I presented options to have these taken care of, but the h/o elected to wait on making any further decisions for todays visit. Recommendations: We will need to either replace the main level powder bath toilet, or have a both rebuild done along with replacing the upstairs master bathroom tub spout. Job Notes:**This is a HCC member, and there are no fees for todays visit** Job Status: Complete Estimates: Ready to send
