The tenants complaint is that when they use the washing machine it’s flooding the basement And they noticed a leak from the dishwasher We found that when the washing machine is used the drain backed up and went all over the basement We also found that the water pressure is very high We found no signs of a leak on the dishwasher or around the dishwasher We snaked the washing machine drain and tested with no issues We really the prv tested with no issues Recommend sending an appliance technician to look at dishwasher door seal Job completed No new estimates are needed at this time

Called out today to look at a leaking water heater for construction Water heater was leaking from the flex line on the cold side Home owner doesn’t have an isolation valve for there condo. The shut off for the water heater is broken and need’s replaced. Constellation stated that they would have to get with the home owner of the condo as they typically don’t cover condos. Found the prv on right of building and there is one shut off valve in the middle of the building not sure what the middle shut off controls. In order to replace heater the washer and dryer will need to be moved to access heater. Attempted to go back and get pictures of washer and dryer but home owner did not respond. Cannot check pressure due to no outside hosebib. Customer was also told they have to have notes on door and maintenance on site to shut down water These are condos that are set up like apartments . Existing water heater located in the basement utility closet is 14 years old. Per homeowner, water heater has never been flushed. Thermal expansion tank is defective. While on site we have also found a defective pressure regulating valve that is located behind the water heater in the basement.
