CUSTOMER STATED: Leaking water heater TECHNICIAN NOTES: Found 40 gallon natural gas water heater in the garage on a stand, customer has water off to unit and I do not see the leak, the back of the Heater is bulging out due to pressure being 150 psi throughout home RESOLUTION: Customer wants estimates emailed and is getting a second opinion

CUSTOMER STATED: Out to house today for a possible recall on James. TECHNICIAN NOTES: This was a valid recall and the toilet in the upstairs bathroom was leaking from the tank to bowl bolts. As for the second leak, it was not a recall. The tub spout caulking had failed and was leaking around the spout when water was splashed on it. RESOLUTION: After replacing the tank to bowl bolts the toilet is now operating as it should with no leaks or drips at this time

CUSTOMER STATED: Homeowner complaint is that they had water stains showing up in the kitchen ceiling TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found there were several water stains in the kitchen ceiling I cut open the ceiling and found no active leak When I went up stairs I found the guest bath shower handle plate was completely away from the wall and the screws had been ripped out of the plate I also found the guest bath toilet was leaking from the tank-to-bowl kit RESOLUTION: Replace the tank-to-bowl kit and replace the moen handle assembly in guest bath Tested with no issues or leaks

TECHNICIAN NOTES: Find pressure reduction valve is making noise RESOLUTION: Customer called about noise on the pipe we find when someone flushes the toilet or runs the faucet the pressure reduction valve is making noise we replace the pressure reduction valve on Sep 2021 I replace it with no charge is under warranty.

Found that shower head had build up and was causing drip onto handle and running down wall. Customer cleaned shower head.
