Excellent service, a bit costly.

We thought our technician, Robert, did an excellent job with the replacement and cleanup. He was done in just under an hour. A bit disappointing in the cost of labor (which has nothing to do with Robert) based on the fact that we are a Home Care club member. When checking around to possibly buy our new kitchen faucet at Home Depot (we ended up buying it at Lowe's), their contracted plumbing service Davis & Sons quoted us an installation of about $350, which was only slightly more than what you charged us...and yet we had no service agreement with that company so we were a little surprised that your charge was still over 300. Makes us have to reconsider the value of the Home Care contract at the end of this year. (By the way, Lowe's advertises an installation cost of $219 for kitchen faucet if using their designated plumber when buying the fixture there but we wanted to use your company because of our service agreement, ironically, we first learned of your company as Michael's when Lowe's directed us to you years ago to install new toilets).

Return trip to install trim, I installed trim and found no further issues as of today the trim is working as it should. Home owner stated he saw some water coming from under by garage but stated didn’t want a diagnostic fee for diagnosis today. Garbage disposal in kitchen has started to leak from the bottom where electrical connections go in and will need to be replaced to get rid of leak. Shower trim is also included in this price and will be replaced for the upstairs hallways bathroom.
