Customer States: Water heater in basement is leaking. He put a work order in to Constellation for replacement. Technician Notes: Constellation does not cover for water heater replacements. 50 gallon natural gas water heater in the basement utility closet is leaking from the bottom of the tank. Unit will need replaced with code requirements. Resolution: Built estimate for replacement. Customer will let us know if he is wanting to go with us for replacement. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located while onsite. Exterior of the home is heavily grown with grass and plants. Bill to constellation. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to Constellation.
