Customer stated 2014 rheem natrual gas water heater built in 2014 would not stay lit, tech got the water heater to relight and fire up with nothing wrong presenting itself today. If problem persist we will need to find a new gas control valve and replace th run it to resolve the issue. Tech highly suggests the complete replacement of the water heater to prevent any further issues

Customer States: Another plumber was out some time ago and worked on disposal. It is still having issues. Technician Notes: Found that the disposal in kitchen has failed due to old age normal wear and tear. Unit stopped working which also caused dish washer to overflow on and under kitchen floor. The dish washer drains into the disposal. Unit will need replaced to solve this issue. Resolution: Installed a new disposal in the kitchen and tested for proper function. No other leaks/ issues under sink at this time. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill flat rate to AHS. Estimates: Good to send.

Customer Stated: They we not able to get hot water. The water would get luke warm, but not hot at all. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I was able to find that water heater is a A.O. Smith 50 gallon natural gas located in the rear basement of home. The heater is 12 years of age. I was able to get the heater to pilot, but could not get it to stay lit. This indicates that the gas control valve/pile has gone bad, and needs to be replaced. Due to the age of the heater I discussed options of replacement versus waiting for a new gas control valve to be ordered. Home owner wanted to go ahead and have heater replaced. Resolution: We will be replacing existing A.O. Smith 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in basement of home with new 50 gallon tank, and all code required items. MGP Notes: ***Home owner has signed off on the estimate, and agreed to charge the CC in pictures for 100% of the amount.*** Job Status: Completed Estimates: None
