While on site I found the garbage disposal was leaking on the bottom of the unit along with the faucet leaking as well. The faucet was leaking internally causing water to build up around the faucet body and into the cabinet below. The garbage disposal was leaking in the cabinet from the bottom of the unit. Cm 06/11/2024 Customer stated: they wanted a tankless water heater flush and to look at a leaking water heater and a customer supplied kitchen faucet replacement. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking water heater, perform a water heater flush, and replace a kitchen faucet. While on site I did not perform a water heater flush due to it leaking. The leak on the rinnai tankless unit is coming from the condensate line. There is no condensation line coming from the unit so it’s dripping into a bucket below. The kitchen faucet the customer has provided is not the proper faucet to install. Home owner needs a 4 hole faucet due to the way the counter top is cut. Resolution: condensate line needs ran. Job status: not complete. Job notes: I am un able to get the model and serial number for the water heater due to the location of the tankless. Customer stated: they had wanted their annual plumbing inspection. Tech notes: Called out today to perform an annual plumbing inspection. While on site I walked through the kitchen basement utility closet and every bathroom to look at all the plumbing fixture. After walking through and tested everything I found no issues other than the condensate line in the basement. Resolution: condensation line needs to be ran. Job status complete. Job notes: un able to read the water heater model and serial number due to the position of the unit.

Service estimate to unclog bathroom sink with a pistol snake this will include disassembling the ptrap and running a hand augur down the drainage syst Customer stated: sink bathroom is clocked and in the same bathroom bath tub drain is broken. Technician notes: upon arrival we found that the bathroom sink in the main level was clogged due to hair and and debris being stuck in the drain line as well as in the p trap. We also find out that the bathtub had a missing lift and turn piece Resolution: we unscrew the pup up assembly device on the clogged sink as well as p trap adapter to clear and remove any debri/sediment from sink line. We reassembled all parts again and we tested everything after to ensure everything works properly. Built estimate for tub drain replacement. Customer did not want to proceed with the tub drain today. Could not locate clean out due to apartment building. Job is completed. Estimates ready to send

Customer had kitchen remodeled and needed us to come back and reconnect and install her kitchen faucet technicians, reinstalled kitchen faucet and adjusted drain to resolve the issue.

Return trip to look into potential issue with how the customer supplied dish washer was installed in this new construction/ unfinished home. Took a level to all corners of the dish washer. Dish washer is sitting perfectly level and symmetrical in the cabinet we installed it in. I made to adjustments to the dish washer while onsite. We did remove the protective film the dish washer is shipped in, however during the finishing process of the home I would have recommended that stay on to prevent damage. No notable damage on the dish washer. Job Status: Complete.

Estimate to run a new steel braided 1/4” ice maker supply line through cabinetry to behind fridge. Includes removing existing saddle valve and reworking the 1/2” copper under kitchen sink to accompany a new valve for the ice maker and cold side for the faucet. Out today 4/15/24 Trevor J. Return trip to replace the existing ice maker line. Cut out the existing saddle valve and supply stop for the faucet. Transitioned to PEX and install two new quarter turn valves along with a tee. Ran new ice maker line through cabinetry. Hooked water line up and restored water to home. Tested for leaks and proper function. Dish washer supply line was kinked from another technician from a different company. Worked the kink out. Job Notes: Home is on a well, pressure gauge sitting at 30. Job Status: Complete.
