Customer States: She had a new fridge installed in the kitchen, installers were unable to attach new fridge to existing water line. Technician Notes: Current ice maker line is soft copper and runs from underneath kitchen sink, fishes through cabinetry until it reaches the backside of the fridge. There is a saddle valve on a 1/2” copper line underneath the sink. Resolution: We will either need a 15ft steel braided ice maker line and run in the same way through the cabinetry after removing and reworking the saddle valve/ 1/2” copper on the cold side or run 1/2” PEX from under kitchen sink behind fridge into an ice maker box. Arrived Customer stated that we check the heater and had issues with the electrical Upon further inspection, found that the upper and lower element had burn marks on them, as well as upper and lower thermostats gave customer price to replace a thermostat and elements. Customer declined to replace elements. Customer wanted price for install of a tankless water heater. Customer stated: they were not getting hot water. Tech notes called out today to look at a water heater not getting hot water. While on site I found the home owner had a series of two water heater. Both are electrical. I tested the first water heater and found that everything was functioning properly as it should. In the second water heater I was not getting any electr Reading out of it. I checked the breaker that is above the water heater and found it had some crisp wires. Resolution: I recommend having an electrician come out and look at the breaker due to me not getting any readings on my multi meter. Job status complete. Job notes: hose bibs are off.

Estimate to replace a total of 4 toilets in the home. 3 toilets are on the main level, 1 toilet is in the basement. Explained to customer that once the old toilets are pulled we will inspect flanges for breaks.
