CUSTOMER STATED: TECHNICIAN NOTES: out to the house today to install a new Weston overflow kit RESOLUTION: after removing the tub drain, I found that the reason for the leak was due to the rubber washer, being in the wrong spot, and the previous installers used to silicone to seal, which is in proper. TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location to evaluate a leak that had came up, while diagnosing I found that with our work there was no issues, after looking further into the shower valve, I found that the shower valve was leaking from a hairline crack. At this time this shows that the shower valve needs to be replaced, replace a shower valve along with tub spout, showerhead, trim kit, and found no further issues. Please note that there is plenty of residual water. This residual water must dry out for me to confirm that there’s no further issues, but as of today from my work, and Dan’s work, there is no issues at all. I made sure that at the meter there was no meter spin which shows that there’s no running water inside or a leak

Out today to address the ice maker line needing to be replaced and the second floor hall bath having a loose handle. Upon inspection I found that the ice maker was an older plastic line so that was replaced with a braided metal line. The second floor bath, the tub spout was not mounted properly, I reattached and tightened . This tub shower also has a drip. While on-site I heard a drip from downstairs and traced this back to water dripping from the living room ceiling fan that is below the hall bath. This leak has been going for sometime based on the carpet. I would need to cut the stippled drywall ceiling to access and properly diagnose but it would seem to be a pinhole leak. I attempted to isolate and repair the hot and cold supplies to this tub/shower but there was too much residual water to properly inspect and locate damage. As such I have capped of both lines and we will need to return once the area dries, additionally I found that the brass drain T has a drip and should be rep
