Customer Stated: They were having gas smells, and the gas company had come out for testing earlier today. The gas company stated there was a very slow leak coming from somewhere in the fuel line, but were unable to locate exactly where. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the gas meter was cut off, and had gas company tag around it stating there was a leak coming from somewhere in the fuel line. I let the homeowners know I would need to turn on gas from the meter in order to re-create said gas leak, and gas smells. After turning on gas at meter I did an inspection around the whole home from the main level all the way to the attic, and was unable to get any gas smells or any indication of a gas leak. I even had the homeowner turn on the furnace with the same result p, and no indications of any gas leaks or smells. I did find that the water heater, stove, and AC are all run in electric power source. The only appliance receiving natural gas is coming from the furnace in the attic.

Tested pressure and found that the pressure on the house is reading 135 psi during todays visit.
