Customer stated: They are having issues with leaking coming out from under their kitchen sink into the cabinet. Technician notes: The P trap for the sinks draining was supported up by a car jack. The connection from the sink to the P trap is combing lose and isn’t properly connected to the rest of the draining system. We were able to easily slid it down and off which means the water is easily able to do the same and this is the direct cause for the leaking. The drain is built poorly with water having to exit by going up and out into the wall. Resolution: re apply a bonding agent to properly secure the drain together, we also need to put in a missing washer above to P trap. Job notes: We had to put in a new washer and re tighten everything back together. We then ran water to test it, no leaks found. Job: Complete Autho: RESIPRO Estimates: Please forward
