When I arrived the realtor began walking me through the home to look at the concerns. The customer is looking to get his water supply line to the fridge upstairs on the main level capped off in the crawlspace, get the existing natural gas water heater put up to current plumbing code and also address an issue with a toilet in the full guest bathroom on the main level. This is a complimentary estimate to relocate a new main water line from the property’s water meter to the left side of the home. This run outdoors is approximately 70 ft of trenching. Concrete will need to be busted up to pull new line through the homes foundation. Once inside the home we will run pex 20 ft to reconnect onto the main water line inside the garage in the water heater closet. A my Georgia plumber home care club membership is a one time fee for the year of 149.95 and it includes waived service fees for the year, pricing discounts between 5-15%, as well as a complimentary water heater flush and plumbing inspection, both free of charge.

CUSTOMER STATED : We have a main water line leak TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concern of a main water line leak. When I got on site the homeowner brought me to the garage where he showed me a piece of 1 inch blue polybutylene that had been capped but blew off. I made the repair to the 1 inch polybutylene and after turning the water back on, the homeowners front landscape began to gush water. I then dug up the front of the landscape and found a snakebite 90 that had blown off. I have repaired the line so the homeowners have water until we come back to relocate the main water line from the water meter to the house. RESOLUTION : Until we make return trip to relocate main water line I have capped a 1 inch polybutylene line and repaired the water main outside in the front landscape of the yard so customers can have water until we return next week to replace the main water line going from the meter to the home. JOB NOTES : Please bill card in pictures for 100% deposi

Out today to address tenant concerns of a gas leak When I arrived, I asked the tenant where they had been smelling gas, and he indicated that it was in and around the kitchen stove area. Upon inspection, my gas tester alerted to both ends of the gas supply line for the stove. I turned the gas off to the stove, was able to disconnect the flex line and reseal all connections. Turn gas on and test without any further indication of a gas leak. Additionally, I tested all connections at the water heater and the HVAC unit located in the garage, which is a shared wall with the kitchen just to be sure I had no alerts on my gas tester from either of those two fixtures. Lastly, upon taking the water pressure for the whole home, it’s spiked to 140 psi and leveled out at 100 psi. This indicates that the pressure reducing valve has failed and needs to be replaced.
