CUSTOMER STATED: Water closet stopped up the other day and water was leaking from piping in basement. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Technician flushed water closet 7 times and couldn't get to stop up, looked in clean out in the front left side of home and had homeowner to flush 2 times and seen water pas each time. Went to basement and seen water dripping from piping, went upstairs and pulled water closet and found flange and piping leaking. RESOLUTION: Technician pulled the toilet and replaced the flange to solve the leaking problem.
CUSTOMER STATED: Main floor guest bath toilet is filling slowly. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Inspected the two piece elongated front kohler toilet and tested the shut off valve flow and determined that the fill valve had failed. RESOLUTION: Discussed options with membership and repair. Replaced supply line and fill valve.
CUSTOMER STATED: Hose bib was broken and ice machine was not working. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Technician found that the outside hose bib was leaking. RESOLUTION: Replaced the hose bib and add shutoff valve for ice maker and connected the ice maker machine.
CUSTOMER STATED: Water Heater is leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES: 50 Gallon electric water heater leaking located in basement mechanical room. Provided options to replace the water heater. RESOLUTION: After installing a new 50-gallon electric water heater we tested and found no leaks or drips at this time.
