CUSTOMER STATED: They had a leak coming from the water heater. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection, I found that this is a A.O. Smith 40 gallon short natural gas water heater located in the garage of home, and is 11 years of age which is outside of manufacture warranty. I found that this unit is leaking internally, and I made the homeowner aware that there are no repairs I can make for this tank. It can only be replaced at this time. I let him know that constellation does not cover for internal leaking water heater replacements, and to have this replaced there would be an out of pocket expense. The homeowner was interested in having a tankless installed versus a standard tank water heater. While on site I checked whole home water pressure, and received a reading of 110 PSI, which is outside of state code regulations. This also indicates that the pressure regulating valve (PRV) has failed, and is causing excessive pressure throughout the home. I did make the homeowner aware that befo

CUSTOMER STATED: The shower was backing up, and possibly clogged. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection, I found that this is a standalone shower located in the upstairs master bathroom of home. I noticed that when water was running the standalone shower drain would back up, and this is typically due to hair/soap gunk buildup. I let the homeowner know I will need to start with plunging drain, and clearing any hair or soap gunk buildup around drain piping to help fix this issue. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I was able to successfully remove any hair/soap gunk buildup located within the upstairs master standalone shower drain piping. I tested with running water/volume amounts of water with no draining issues or any further backing up/clogs. There are no further plumbing issues for today’s visit. JOB NOTES:**Please bill out to AHS warranty for todays visit/flat rate fee**I was unable to locate a external C/O** JOB STATUS: Complete PARTS: N/A AUTHO: 11

The shower head that was previously replaced that was provided by the customer is now leaking from the body of shower head.
