On 9/7/2023 My Georgia Plumber did a very complete and professional plumbing inspection that was included FREE with my Home Care Club Membership. Jesus M noted that our water heater was a 2011 model with a normal life span of 8 to 12 years. He also noted that the water heater expansion tank bladder had failed. During the visit we also discussed replacing one of our toilets and the costs if I got our own toilet. Estimates were provided for both the replacement of the water heater and the customer supplied toilet.On 9/17/2023 after reviewing the proposals and buying the toilet, contacted My Georgia Plumber to set an installation date for both the toilet and water heater. Agreed to have both installed on the afternoon of 9/22 and paid 50% of the cost as a deposit. On the 22nd, I received a text that Carlos V was on the way. Carlos and his associate Eddie very professionally took actions to remove the old water heater and toilet and install the replacements. Before leaving they checked to be sure everything was working properly and took pictures for their records. THANKS FOR THE GREAT WORK, GUYS!!

company pre charged me for servicing my tankless water heater. Service was cancelled weeks ago and I still have not received credit to my account. I no longer trust this company to do the right thing in a timely manner.

Experienced but found them to be unreasonably expensive. Quoted $1300 to diagnose an issue related to a water leK. This would involve removing a Bush and digging in to expose a pipe.

How this place gets great reviews I have no clue. I asked them for a service visit in August 2022. They came out, said I needed a new water line outside (which I did) and quoted me over $6000. I called two other plumbers and both were about $3000. But that is not the end. A year later they charge me $149 randomly saying I joined their membership program. I asked for proof, of course there is none. They nicely agree to refund in 7-10 days. No refund in 12 days. I call back, they say it could be 30. I said that is not acceptable, 30 days for your shady practices is unacceptable. Now accounting does not pick up, I am not allowed to speak with the office manager, and the operator says she has at least one of these same calls every day. So I am disputing the charge with my bank, and would never do business with a shady company like this. Running around a customer over $149 that you took without authorization isn't worth the bad reviews. Not to mention the quote was over double what I paid for my repair. Do better.

Santos from My Georgia Plumber was a AMAZING! I discovered my leak a couple days before Labor Day weekend. I called another plumber first. The other plumber tried to rip me off with a $6800 estimate for replacing the water line from the meter thru the foundation into the house. My response: HECK NO!! I called MGP, they sent Santos, he was competent, gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot, rolled up his sleeves, and finished the repair in 1 hour for $750! Great service & value.
