CUSTOMER STATED: Out to house today for a clog in the basement full bathroom. After inspecting I found that the main branch leading into the sewage ejection pump was clogged and the rest of the house was operation smoothly. TECHNICIAN NOTES: My recommendation was to pull the toilet due to the wax ring being compromised and run a camera and a snake to ensure no underlying issue would present itself with the drain pipe. RESOLUTION: Home owner decided to go with pulling the toilet to run the camera and snake due to the wax ring being compromised. After clearing the clog and testing the toilet I found that the basement entire bathroom was free and clear

CUSTOMER STATED: Out to house today for a clog. After discussing with the home owner he stated when any plumbing was used water would come out of the toilet on the main level. TECHNICIAN NOTES: After inspecting I found the home was on a septic system with the only visible clean out in the basement. Home owner stated previous owners had the tank pumped 23 years ago but could not provide any information. RESOLUTION: My recommendation is to have a septic contractor out to inspect the tank before running and sewer machine Due to potential damage to the tank.

CUSTOMER STATED: This estimate is for the intention of replacing the existing shower head with a customer supplied shower head, as well as replace existing shower cartridge due to shower not putting out hot water. TECHNICIAN NOTES: New cartridge and shower head has been installed and shower is not putting out sufficient hot water and at this point in time has no leaks, drips, or concerns at this point in time. RESOLUTION: Job Complete

CUSTOMER STATED: That the tank doesn't fill up anymore. TECHNICIAN NOTES: The fill valve is broken and will not release water. RESOLUTION: Replaced the fill valve and flushed multiple times with everything functioning properly with no leaks or drips at this time.

CUSTOMER STATED: urinal in the boys bathroom was backed up TECHNICIAN NOTES: after inspecting the urinal I found it to be isolated to the urinal itself. RESOLUTION: run a urinal closet auger to clear the blockage. After completing I tested and found the urinal operatingnas it should with no leaks or dipnet this time.

CUSTOMER STATED: Wants upstairs GB checked above entry way for leaks. On previous visit believed HVAC to be the issue. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Cut hole in entry way ceiling to uncover toilet drain. Flushed toilet upstairs and small leak appeared around drain. Pulled toilet, tile was recently replaced and whoever set toilet did not use tall enough wax to make connection. RESOLUTION: Reset toilet and test flushed multiple times. Spoke to customer about some other projects around the house.
