9/15 Return trip to meet with Taylor and septic company. Upon arrival septic company had not been able to locate tank but had found brain line coming from house outside the basement bathroom. We used our small snake with septic locator in an attempt to trace line to tank. After approximately 15 feet we encountered a stopping point and the septic team dug to find the drain line which was collapsed and broken but we were no closer to locating the tank. After discussing options with septic and Taylor we agreed the My Georgia Plumber would ensure that the toilet riser and clear to just outside the foundation which we did. That ended the MY Georgia Plumber drain responsibility. We completed the trim out by installing shower heads and arms in the two upper bathrooms. Additionally we installed shower trim, toilet, vanity and sink in the basement bathroom. Our responsibility with the Tim out work has been complete. At completion of today, The master bath is done shower stall and trim, sink, vanity and faucet along with toilet. Hall bath is done, tub/shower, dual sink/vanity and faucets along with toilet, with the exception of the waste and overflow trim. Matte black was not onsite so to properly mount and install we used chrome and alerted customer. Additionally when we removed drywall to allow tub base to fit we found where two finish nails had been punched directly through the 3” ABs drain line. We removed nails and patched holes to allow proper drainage Kitchen is complete, drain connected and stubbed for dishwasher which is not on site, and faucet. Basement bathroom is NOT complete we will need to return and snake/jet the toilet drain. There is debris currently blocking the drain and is unknown how far down it goes because of this toilet is not set nor is the vanity. Technician notes: Cut out and removed existing PRV and copper line that was connected to the meter, connected new pex water line to meter, turned meter on pressurized house, no leaks were found at this time, shut water off at whole home shut off valve under stairs in basement and depressurized the house. Ac company was at the house working when we left. MGP notes: customer stated he was ready for the trim out. This estimate is to complete a repipe of the entire water system in the home. We will replace using PEX piping. The customer will have all new tub/shower valves on site for us to rough in. There is some short sections of sanitary that will be replaced as needed. There is a section of 2" ABS for the kitchen to be replaced. Master shower drain will be reworked, All the waste arms for the sinks will be changed over to PVC for proper trap adapters to be installed. The hall bathe tub drain assembly is to be replaced using a proper waste and overflow kit with PVC. We will replace the water service from the meter into the home with a new PRV and whole house shut off. This estimate also includes the trim-out phase to be completed on a return trip. The customer will be supplying all the required fixtures. These fixtures are standard basic material.
