Pricing and Process
Christian - Cumming, GA
The work seems to be good, but the overall customer experience could be made better through training and process. - no one wants an initial quote that is over 2x the true effort to do the work (thus my rating below on price) - I also don’t want to know that for over 2x the cost, you have never done this type of install before Again, nice guy, work was fine; this is simply a company training and process issue. However, I will think twice about how I ask for service next time.
