This is a complimentary estimate for My Georgia Plumber to provide and install a tankless water heater. CM 04/18/2024 Customer stated: they wanted their water heater flush. Tech notes: called out today to perform a water heater flush. While on site I found the water heater is still within manufacturers warranty so I proceeded with the flush. The water heater is a 50 gallon natural gas Rheem water heater in the garage on a platform. Resolution: performed a complete flush on water heater to find no sediment build up in the heater. Customer stated when pool guy turned off gas the tankless stopped working. Customer reset tankless to fix error code 11 how ever it would not turn back on Shut off water to tankless to turn the power back on to the unit. No issues detected with the tankless. Customer wanted to know what the work would intake to bring a hose bib to the back side of his house Walked him through the process of running a hose bib to the back of the house and he decided not to do it. House is on slab so running a hose bib will require cutting holes inside the house to run water lines to desired point. Sold membership Job is complete.

While on site I found the water heater is outside manufacturers warranty. I did not perform a flush but performed a water heater inspection. Once inspection was complete the only issue I found was with the expansion tank. The expansion tank is holding water and causing water fluctuation through out the whole home. While on site I found everything functioning properly as should expect the expansion tank and the tubular under the right side vanity in the master bathroom. 5e expansion tank is full of water causing water fluctuation. In the master bathroom any time water is ran in the right side vanity the tubular leaks at the trap. Resolution: the thermal expand tank needs replaced and the tubular in the master bathroom under the right side vanity needs replaced.
