CUSTOMER STATED : We have no hot water TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of the tenant not having hot water. When I arrived the Tenant brought me to the garage where I found a 40 gallon natural gas water heater that had the natural gas supply turned off to it I have tested the water pressure off the back side hose bib and water pressure is outside of code reading at 90 PSI. Please let resipro know the home has high water pressure. RESOLUTION : Turned gas supply on to the existing 40 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage. After lighting the existing water heater a few drops of water began to come from the bottom of the tank but I believe it is due to condensation. The dripping has stopped.
