The tenants complaint is that the guest bathroom tub backed up when the sink or toilet is used We tested the system and could not recreate the issue We checked all the items in all the bathrooms and did not find anything giving any issues or signs of an active clog No mechanical failure at this time Job completed No estimates needed
Customer stated: they had a leak somewhere. Tech notes: while on site I found the hall way floor buckling and the left side wall to be soggy. There is a vent that is used as an access panel for the condensation pump on the hvac unit. The pump is clogged and is causing water to leak into the tenants bathroom and in the hallway. Resolution: resi pro needs to send an hvac tech to look at the pump. Job status complete.
Customer stated basement bathroom backing up when anything is used Found basement bathroom was backing up after a few minutes of running water Opened clean out outside and found that it was full. Ran sewer machine down clean out and got stuck inside of the septic tank. Got the cable free of the septic tank Septic is full. Resi needs a septic company to come and inspect the septic system. Job is not completed.
Tenet stated that the dishwasher was not draining and the shower in the basement was not draining. Tested dishwasher to find no issues at all. Ran sink for 20 minutes along side the dish washer and everything thing drained perfectly. I forced the dishwasher to drain to not have to wait for the full cycle so there may be an issue with the dish washer that an appliance technician should take a look at. Shower in basement drain backing up, ran pistol snake down drain and cleared the line. Pulled out a large amount of hair and other build up. Shower draining perfectly now. Job is completed.

Water heater is not leaking, Leak is coming from the HVAC unit next to the heater and will need a professional HVAC technician to properly diagnose the cause of failure technician today. Use gas sniffer on all visible plumbing related and gas fittings and found no gas leak presenting itself today.
The technician was prompt, professional and pleasant to work with.
