Customer States: There is a leak in a wall in the home. Water is off. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a leak. Painter onsite directed me to a hole cut open in the master bedroom wall. There is a leak under the master bathroom tub. Master bedroom wall is best access point. The supply line that delivers water from the valve to the spout on the cold side was kinked and water was spraying when tub was used. Leak only occurs if water is ran in the tub. Resolution: Removed kinked 3/8” soft corrugated copper supply line and installed a new 3/8” steel braided supply line in place. Restored water and tested for leaks. Left water on to the home. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located. Unable to check pressure due to there being a single hose bib that is unregulated. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to ResiPro. Estimates: No additional needed at this time.

CUSTOMER STATED: the tenants complaint is that when the use the shower in the main floor guest bathroom water is leaking into the basement TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found that when the guest bathroom shower head is used water does leak into the basement I removed the handle assembly on the guest bathroom shower and found a bad soldered joint where the tub spout leg connects to the valve It only leaks when the water is diverted to the shower head RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: The shower valve needs to be replaced because trying to resolder that joint could cause the pex lines connected to the cold hot and the shower head to melt and blow apart due to the heating of the valve body

CUSTOMER STATED: She is needing some estimates for future work to be performed in the home. There was a leak in the kitchen, kitchen was ripped out. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today to provide estimates for various plumbing issues/ replacing fixture throughout the home. There is currently nothing in the kitchen except for drain and water lines. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Created estimates for when after the kitchen is finished for the plumbing to be hooked up (dish washer, sink, faucet, and drain) customer is unsure on doing an under-mount or drop in sink. Also showed me problematic shower. Had me create estimate to solve this issue.

Found that the tank bolts are causing a drip onto the floor. Toilet is also slightly rocking. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Replaced both tank bolts, washers, and nuts in the toilet tank. Restored water and dried area. Checked to make sure toilet wasn’t leaking from wax seal. Shimmed toilet to add support and to keep it from rocking.

CUSTOMER STATED: sewage is coming out of the ground TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection found whole home clean out on left side of the house with the rope broken off and holding sewerage, inspected main clean out in front yard and it was not holding but I did observe a pretty severe root infiltration where the house sewer line ties into the main. RESOLUTION: used machine to clear blockage of wipes, a piece of a tshirt and roots from the sewer line, I would recommend a camera on this line due to the possibility of a piece of broken clean out being in the drain, also to see where the roots have entered the line. This line will continue to be a issue until root infiltration is addressed. JOB NOTES: Mr. Chris will invoice and bill STATUS: complete AUTHO: ESTIMATES: no further needed
