Customer stated: they had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Technician notes: called out today to look at a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The toilet is located in the men’s bathroom in the first stall. While on site, I found that the toilet would not flush unless the toilet next to it flushed first. I disassembled the toilet to properly diagnose the situation when I took the valve cap off I found that the flush handle would not sit flush with the pop up assembly causing the toilet to not flush properly. Resolution: after taking the toilet apart i put everything back together to find the toilet flush as it should. I tested the toilet ten time to find no leaks or drips and the toilet flushing properly. Job status complete. Please bill through walker property

Costumer stated wanted us to finish a basement build out. Technician notes after inspecting I found the multiple sections will need to be rebuild or disassembled to properly install the drain line. Currently is it a kitchen a 1.5/bathrooms in total the home owner has blueprints avail lek for fixture locations. I talk to the homeowner about installing a rain head for the four bathroom shower but is unsure of what the plan will be. I explained the estimate will be a rough estimate based on the drain lines and modifications necessary to bring the current plumbing system up to code in the estimate will fluctuate based on if he wants to add anything while we’re on site Resolution I explained that we will work on the estimate and have it to him no later than Tuesday. This job is a multiple day job as we will have to leave all the drain lines and waterlines exposed for the inspector and schedule another trip to come back out backfill and pour concrete to cover the drain lines. Customer stated: master bathroom tub was leaking. Technician notes: upon inspection found access hole already cut into master bedroom wall, further investigation led me to see that the tub was leaking from the overflow, the pvc riser was to short and was not allowing for a positive seal on the overflow gasket, there was also no over flow bracket installed. Cut and extended pvc overflow riser and reinstalled overflow correctly, filled and drained tub multiple times with no leaks occurring. MGP notes please bill accordingly Estimates: no further needed Job status: complete
