CUSTOMER STATED: TECHNICIAN NOTES: RESOLUTION: JOB NOTES: STATUS AUTHO ESTIMATES This is a estimate to have have the existing gas control valve replaced with new valve to help prevent any future plumbing issues.

CUSTOMER STATED: His hot water heater would pilot, and ignite but would not stay on. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that this is a Ruud 40 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage of home, and is 16 years of age which is outside of manufacture warranty. I was able to pilot, and ignite burner with no issues. Bruner was able to stay lit for about 10-15 minutes then would cut off indicating that the gas control valve has failed. I let home owner know that we would need to order parts, and this could take 5-7 business days. RESOLUTION: We will need to order gas control valve for the existing Ruud 40 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage of home, and replace to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues.
