The homeowner complaint is that they have a water leak in the front yard From the hose bib We found the fire department had turned off the meter We turned on the meter and tested the system with no leaks We waited for a while and double checked in the crawl space and found nothing leaking We then double checked the meter and it is not moving At this point I can’t find the cause of the water they had leaking The only thing we noticed is there seems to be a 10 to 15 psi difference from the last few visits they are all below 80 But this line is before the prv so that should not have anything to do with what they had happening No active leak at time of visit No estimates needed at this time Job completed

CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak under the kitchen sink and tub faucet leaks in master bathroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the tenants concern of there being a leak under the kitchen sink and for the Roman tub valve in the master bathroom leaking from around the spout when water is turned on. Kitchen sink has a leak due to a bad seal on the front side of kitchen faucet. When water is splashed on the front side of the faucet, a small drip spreads below under the cabinet. While on site we have also found a defective pressure regulating valve causing the water pressure to exceed 120 PSI. Prv is located in utility closet on the right side of the water heater. RESOLUTION : Caulked base if kitchen faucet and recommended to let it dry before splashing water and

Sewer is backed up and we found both clean out caps to be busted off in yard. We unclogged head to run camera and we found a lot of trash sticks and possibly toys. This sewer will back up again. We need to either dig up or jet downstream. If we only jet then it will back up again only further. We also need to cap of these two clean outs
