Tenet stated kitchen sink is leaking and there is a wet spot in the yard Found kitchen sink leaking out of handle due to the cartridge. Removed cartridge and found pice of debris stuck in it causing it to leak. Removed and reinstalled cartridge to find no other issues with the faucet. Wet spot in front yard seems to be a water leak of some kind. Probed around the are and found the wet spot is about a 6x6 squared area in the front yard. House is at the lowest point in the neighborhood and no signs on water meter of a leak. Tenet does not pay water bill directly and has just had the water bill put in his name from resi. Informed him we would wait until he gets his water bill to see how expensive it is otherwise I believe the leak could be coming from a neighbors water system or the city main going down the road. Sewer comes out of the back side of the house so it is not sewer related. Job is completed.

Customer stated hvac guy found water leaving onto hvac system causing it to malfunction. Tested all the plumbing in master bathroom and found 3 leaks. The leak the hvac guy was talking about was from the toilet that was leaking from the wax ring every time it was flushed. There also was an active water line leaking from the hot side of the hall bathroom shower and the tub drain in the master bathroom was also leaking. Pulled and reset the toilet in the master bathroom the correct the issue. Resealed the tub drain and cut a hole behind shower valve which was in the wall behind the dryer. Replaced a section of copper pipe into crawl space with PEX to correct that issue. After testing everything found the waste and over flow on the master bathroom tub was still leaking this time from the drain assembly below. The drain assembly was installed improperly and was at an angle causing the drain assembly compression nuts to not seat properly. Estimate is built to rework drain in crawl sp

Customer Stated: The piping underneath the kitchen sink had come loose, and was leaking water into cabinet. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the tubular located under the main level kitchen was/has been taken apart, and this is the cause for leakage underneath cabinet. I found that both of the washers were heavily warped/corroded, and they would need to be replaced along with the tubular. Resolution: I was able to successfully replace the existing tubular, and washers for the main level kitchen sink with no issues. I tested with running/volume amounts of water with no issues or leaks. Job Notes:**Please bill out to ResiPro as necessary for todays completed work** Job Status: Complete Estimates: N/A
