CUSTOMER STATED: The ceiling in the bathroom downstairs is leaking right next to where the last leak was repaired TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern of a leak appearing downstairs. When I arrived the tenant brought me to the downstairs full bathroom. She stated there was recently a repair made a few weeks ago. Directly above the full bathroom on the lower level is a full guest bathroom upstairs. Tenant stated when a shower is taken it will leak downstairs again. I have ran water through the single vanity sink, through the tub/shower from the tub spout and the shower head, and I have flushed the toilet several times. Even with running water for 25 minutes, I was unable to create a drop of water to appear in the downstairs bathroom. In the upstairs full guest bathroom I did find signs of the floor beginning to buckle. It is possible that water could be going through the buckled flooring if flooring gets wet. While on site I have been unable to find a mec

5/29 Return trip for sold camera inspection of washer drain line. I am able to access line through 2” vent in laundry room and at the 7 foot mark I’m starting to encounter water and very quickly have the camera completely submerged. This lasts at least until the 33 foot mark which is where the camera will stop. Upon further inspection in the crawl space I can see where the laundry room drain ties into the original 4 inch cast iron drain that then continues on approximately 40 feet joining the drain from the far side of the house. I have no accessible clean out to attempt to snake this line either inside or from the crawl space. The home was built in 1969 and the cast iron will be original. As a permanent resolution I would recommend removing the remaining cast iron on the kitchen/laundry branch and install new 4 inch PVC. Please see attached estimate Job complete Please forward estimate. Job was already paid in full per notes This estimate is to camera the drain line in the lau

This is an estimate to replace the existing main sewer line for the home. Starting at the two way clean out to the street is approximately 50 feet and the starting depth at the clean out is roughly 18 inches. It appears that the sewer runs in close proximity to the main line water service. There is an indeterminate end point due to no visible city clean out. Additionally this would travel under the from sidewalk to the street. Job complete

Out today to assess a claim of leak from the ceiling. Upon arrival I unlocked the water meter and turned whole home on. This is a first floor full bath and one second floor full bath. I performed a visual inspection of first and second floor ceiling and found no sign of any water marks. I ran the second floor sink, tub (drained for volume as well) and shower separately for approximately 10 - 15 minutes each along with flushing toilet and was not able to recreate a leak. I did apply sealant to the tub spout and overflow to help prevent any future issues. With no visible signs of leak and not being able to recreate the leak under normal circumstances, i did not start to cut drywall and explore. Returned combo lock to meter (0385). Job complete Please bill out No additional estimates

This is a complimentary estimate to create access to the master bathroom walk in shower valve by cutting tile around both the hot and cold handles of the wall in shower. This estimate does not include making repairs. TUESDAY MAY 16 Returned out to home today to cut tile in this master bathroom shower to determine where leak is coming from, before cutting tile we rediagnosed the issue and cut sheet rock with removing base board behind shower near toilet, we discovered the leak to be coming from the tile itself and found cracked pieces of that wiggle. Will need to submit to resipro regarding this issues. Customer stated her master toilet was also slow draining, we attempted to auger but will not clear due to something being hard inside toilet, will need to pull and reset this toilet to clear issue.

Customer stated at the house for a possible recall on the laundry drain Technician notes after inspecting a found that the laundry drain is missing a vet and the vet line is currently capped off. The washing machine drain box only clogs with a large amount of volume of water. Resolution my recommendation is to camera the drain line further inspect, ensure there is no underlying issue with the drain system in to install a stater fence on the currently capped off vent line next to the washing machine box. I am on authorize payment of 100% deposit estimate for a return trip to camera. The line and understands that cost will be applied for the repair if I repair is necessary. Job status not complete. Need to return Tuesday or Wednesday for further diagnostic. Authorization no dispatch number to submit the recal to choice hw Authorization status Please send sold estimate to homeowner
