We also had to run the snake again as well then we jetted line and now line is 100% clean. We also advised the customer of his plumiing is back falling he is aware of that, also he want a gas stimate
Warranty turn up the prv. She is fine with the pressure .
This is a complimentary estimate to replace a two piece elongated front comfort height toilet. This will be supplied by Homeowner and includes removal and disposal of the old unit. Toilet replacement not needed. Customer does not have a new toilet to install. This estimate should have been to replace the supply line that serves basement toilet. Old line was cracked causing a leak. Installed new supply line on newer style American Standard toilet. Tested for proper function and leaks. Job Complete. PLEASE NOTE: While the toilet is off the floor the on-site technician will inspect the PVC flange and emergency shut off vale to ensure that they are working properly. If there is any damage or malfunction, the technician will discuss the findings and provide repair/replacement options with the homeowner prior to any additional work being performed.
Need to get with cris to build several estimates, called Dan and he said they are member. So no service feed
The homeowner complaint is they saw water on the wall next to the front door of the home after letting water drip over the weekend to prevent freezing in the pipes I found the wall to be dry but there was some water run marks on the wall I went to the 2nd floor guest bathroom and found no signs of water I did find that the tile shower had several spots were the grout has cracks and those spots are where water would gather Not a plumbing failure the shower needs to be re grouted Authorization completed under flat rate Job completed No estimates are needed
3/23 for a clog on the main line. We pulled a toilet and run the snake clear the line and then inspected with the camera 11” down there’s a problem spoke with the renter she will let know the owner, for today she will pay the invoice price and. We will need to build.
Arive to the property and there’s another’s workers from arimidation on this location. So customer will call to reschedule. We will came back we replaced her p trap and washer box for a price of $850. I told her we will come back when washer is placed back and tear for full service call amount
Showed up today 3/23. They have the shower line clogged. This clogged was from before when the septic tank was full and when they pump the septic, part of the clogged stayed on the shower pet trap. And when we got here it cleared itself. They are member not charge
Upon further evaluation we will need to cut back of kitchen cabinet and lower the trap arm down to allow sink to properly drain, will also need to replace upstairs lavatory faucet due to threads being broken . March 22, 2023 : kitchen sink drain has been reconfigured. Water is on and tested with no further issues t this time. Will need to reschedule to replace upstairs 4” centerset faucet and replace p-try
