Customer stated: they had a clog in the kitchen sink. Tech notes: called out today to look at a clogged kitchen sink. Both left and right side sink basins are clogged full of water. I explained to the home home the line either needs snaked or jetted in order to clear the clog. Home owner wanted to belittle my experience and say it was the garbage disposal. The garbage disposal has its own drain line on the left side sink basin along with the right side sink basin having its own drain line. This is making the clog further down the lateral line. Resolution: sink needs to be snaked or jetted in order to make the repair. Job status complete. Job notes: none needed.

Customer stated: they had a toilet leaking. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking toilet. While on site I found the home owner had a clogged toilet on the main level hall bathroom. The toilet was leaking due to the clog and the toilet completely holding water. The toilet has a soft clog on the main line that I was able to push through with my snake. Resolution: clear clogged with snake. Once clog was cleared the leaking from the drain line stop. Job status: complete. Job notes: none needed.

Water leaking up in front yard for water main. Used probe rod around the yard to try to find water main but was unable to get the probe rod to go in in most places due to the amount of rocks in the yard. Water is all over front yard in a large area and I’m unable to locate the exact source of the leak. Talked to Robert about the issue and he recommends having leak detection come out to try to find the leak before we spend all day trying to locate the leak Leak detection is needed Job is not completed.

Tenet stated that the hot water doesn’t stay hot as long as it used to Found 40 gallon natural gas water heater with no issues. Burner is working properly and got hot water at every fixture. Heater is 7 years old and a very cheep brand and has cpvc water pipes connecting out of the top of the gas water heater. Heater needs to be replaced. Built estimate for water heater replacement Job is not completed.

Customer stated when shower is running water pores out from the wall. Ran the shower and found the water coming out. Cut behind shower to find 90 for tub spout broken due to it being cpvc. Replaced section of pipe with copper and replaced tub spout. Job is completed.

Customer Call about leak on shower I find shower head is loose when they turn water on start leaking fix and tested everything is good job is complete

The tenants complaint is that the water heater is leaking We found that the boiler drain was leaking on the water heater We replaced the boiler drain Tested with no issues Job completed No new estimates needed If there are any further issues with the water heater and it needs to be replaced the closet door will probably need to be removed and part of the wall will need to be removed

The tenants complaint is that there is water leaking from the guest bathroom toilet We found the Leak is coming from the tank to bowl bolts and the plastic nuts We replaced the tank to bowl bolts and nut Tested with no issues Job completed No new estimates needed

Customer stated that there is water leaking out of the kitchen wall. Found water heater in utility closet on the other side of the wall in the kitchen that was leaking, the t&p line had come disconnected. Checked water pressure and it was 140 psi. Replaced PRV and t&p on water heater, multiple fittings on the t&p drain line were not glued. Made sure everything was connected properly and glued to insure it did not come apart again. Job completed Estimate to rework t& p line to reconnect so it no longer drains inside th3 house and to replace the PRV due to having high water pressure. PRV is only single union so reworking the copper pipes coming out of it with be required.
