CUSTOMER STATED: there is a leak in the downstairs ceiling coming from the bathroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection found water damage to downstairs ceiling in front room, ran shower for multiple minutes with no leaks showing, cut open ceiling and found rotted wood and tile showing, splashed water around the outside of the shower and leak appeared, it is leaking through the tile outside of shower when water is splashed. RESOLUTION: no plumbing problems are occurring JOB NOTES: no plumbing mechanical failures at this time. STATUS: complete AUTHO: 115EABI ESTIMATES: no further needed
