8/29 Arrived today to perform approved work on a master tub overflow. When we discussed the work and asked the male tenant about the tub drain he stated there was no tub drain issue. I asked again about the tub and he stated again no issue with the tub. The only issue was the kitchen sink. There was a small leak on the right side drain. We were able to tighten to brass nut at the bottom of the strainer. Please bill out under current Autho If we have to go back out there will need to be a new WO. JOB complete Please bill out against current Autho No estimates ONLY ESTIMATE CREATED FOR IF WE NEED TO RESUBMIT Master bathroom tub gasket is letting water through we will have to replace over flow gasket and possibly even drain to be able to warranty does work today due to the fact that drains will sometimes leak to the fact that plumbers putty is worn down. CUSTOMER STATED: tub is leaking into downstairs hallway TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location to diagnose, and I found out the tub was leaking from the overflow part due to the fact that the gasket is really worn down. To fix the leak we will have to replace the gasket and possibly replace overflow and drain to be able to warrantee this work today. RESOLUTION: will need to submit issue through portal for replacement of the overflow plate and gasket to avoid further issues.
