CUSTOMER STATED: they had a dish washer not getting water. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a dishwasher it getting any water. While on site I found the gate valve was barely allowing water to pass by causing the dish washer to not function properly. After diagnosing the dishwasher stop I found that the home had high water pressure of 90psi which is extreme. I was able to locate the prv in the garage and found it was a watts 25 aub single union prv. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I replaced the angle stop along with the prv. After replacement I turned water on and tested to find everything functioning properly as should with no leaks or drips. JOB NOTES: please bill cc in pinned notes. 08/27/2024 Customer stated: customer stated toilet tank would not fill up with water continuously run while water was on . Technician notes : inspection of Kohler toilet, I turned the water back onto the toilet and noticed that the tank would not fill with water and the toilet kept running. I can see that the seal inside the fill valve was very worn down. Resolution/recommendations: Replaced the fill valve and seal on Kohler toilet . Flush toilet several times to test repair Everything is working properly now. Job notes : please bill card and photos for repairs today. PRV is located in garage behind door by the whole home shut off. It was behind Trash cans, and other stuff today obstructing me from taking pictures today. Job status: job complete. There are no further issues at this time.

JOB NOTES : Need to call Rheem on Monday and give diagnostic for parts needed. 2nd Appt: Aug. 20, 2024 JOB STATUS : Job not completed We order the wrong part we have to come back with the right part. 3rd Appt: Aug. 22, 2024 Replaced one (1x) water heater blower motor assembly. Still need to repair the second unit that had failed and currently is not working, same issue. The workers were both very professional and courteous. We were very satisfied with the work that was done to replace our toilet. We know that the men were exhausted after the work was done but think they could have done a better job cleaning up the bathroom. We left paper towels and cleaning materials on the counter. We didn’t feel that was our job.
