CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leak coming from the ceiling in the powered bathroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leak in the powder bathroom ceiling. While on site I found the master bathroom was above the the powder bathroom. I turned on the shower upstairs and found that it was causing the leak downstairs. When I took the drain cap off the shower I found a piece of the shower pan had a lip folded up causing the shower cap to not sit flush with the shower pan. RESOLUTION: the shower pan was a 57”x34” length and width and will have to be replaced. JOB NOTES: NEED TO GET WITH CHRIS TO BUILD AN ESTIMATE FOR A SHOWER PAN. STATUS complete. AUTHO ESTIMATES

Called out to replace a toilet. Provided and replaced main floor guest bathroom toilet with Western Pottery comfort height white elongated toilet. Replaced wax seal, mounting hardware, water supply connection and hauled away old toilet. Water is on and tested with no further leaks or issues at this time .

TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location for addressing a concern found pressure regulating valve cap had broke off completely, saw previous pictures and prv was cracked before My Georgia Plumber Was out Here, let customer know about issue and cost of replacement through MGP , but also advised on warranty possibilities through APOLLO brand not MGP. Issue was there before MGP came out.

CUSTOMER STATED: Her hot water was leaking from the pipes above. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that this is a Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage of home, and is only 2 years of age which is within the manufacturer warranty. I found that there was a excessive amount of mold build up behind the water heater, and let home owners know that they would need to contact the warranty company about getting mitigation company to come out, and clear mold build up. RESOLUTION: There are no repairs I can make for todays visit. Home owners will need to contact mitigation company before we can make repairs. JOB NOTES: Home owner need to have mitigation company come out before any repairs can be made. CUSTOMER STATED: master bathroom is backing up and causing issues. TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location for diagnosis and found snake will need to be ran to clear issue and a camera to make sure there is no further problem. RESOLUTION: cleared toilet paper but while running the camera we found that the line has a belly at around 10-15 feet. This is the main issue the home owner is having. CUSTOMER STATED: She was having sewage smells coming from her toilet, and thought it wasn’t sealed properly. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that this was a American Standard pressure assisted elongated toilet located in the upstairs guest bathroom. I flushed toilet numerous times, and could not get any sewage smells to recreate or find any mechanical issues with the toilet while on site today. I let home owner know that if I can not get anything to recreate then choice warranty will not cover for me to pull & reset the toilet or make any repairs, and this would all be an out of pocket expense. I suggested that we pull the toilet, and check the flange. Home owner wanted to wait, and talk over with husband to further make any decision. CUSTOMER STATED: His toilets were running constantly, and had a weak flush. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that these are both rounded white toilets located in the main level powder bathroom, and upstairs master bathroom. I was able to find that both toilet flappers have deteriorated, and were not sealing properly causing them to run. I let home owner know that AHS will cover for me to replace the flappers, but I would recommend looking towards replacement due to the age of toilets. Home owner said we would probably schedule this out for august. RESOLUTION: I was able to successfully replace the existing flappers in both the main level powder bath toilet, and upstairs master bath toilet with no issues. There are no further plumbing issues while on site for todays visit.
