The homeowner complaint is that the powder bath toilet has over flowed out of the bowl 2 times in the last few days We found that there was sewage in the powder bath toilet bowl and when I flushed it it drained with on issue We tested it several times with no issues I did notice that the flapper wasn’t working properly it was closeing very slowly and completely emptying the tank which I believe was causing the bowl to overflow We replaced the flapper in the powder bath toilet Tested with no issues Job completed No other estimates needed
The workers were both very professional and courteous. We were very satisfied with the work that was done to replace our toilet. We know that the men were exhausted after the work was done but think they could have done a better job cleaning up the bathroom. We left paper towels and cleaning materials on the counter. We didn’t feel that was our job.
