The homeowner complaint is that there is a noise coming from the water heater closet I found there is a noise but it is coming from the recirculating pipe not the water heaters Constellation doesn’t cover recirculating pumps I recommend replacing the recirculating pump and check valve I also found the prv is dripping from the adjustment screw and when I checked the pressure reading is 65 tou 70 I’m also recommended replacing the prv Job not completed Estimates are built and ready to send No visible clean out
Called out for issue with no hot water. Found that the issue is throughout the home, and found water heater temperature set below factory setting. Readjusted temperature at home owner’s request. Home owner also has three (x3) bathroom faucets she wants to replace. Put together an estimate for faucets and went over with home owner. Doesn’t want to do at this time.
Technician flush out customers, water heater as part of home care club membership on today’s trip.
Home care club inspection complete technician found nothing wrong in the home and no risk of flooding. Technician Built estimate for the installation of new customer supplied toilets.
CUSTOMER STATED : Garden tub valve in master bathroom is leaking. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for a recall on a leaking garden tub valve. Original technician recommended for the homeowner to remove tile to access leaking valve / piping. Upon arrival, homeowner stated they had their handyman remove the tile in master bathroom for access. AHS has covered cost to replace Roman tub valve for $115. RESOLUTION : No repairs made today. Have spoke with office and they stated we need to resubmit the repairs online. AUTHO : 115JEMA JOB STATUS : Job not complete PARTS : Roman tub valve needed.

Hooked up customer supplied faucet and install customer supplied garbage disposal Had to cut out tee on drain line and rework to hook up new p trap used customers existing air admittance valve with a new tee and trap adapter Hooked up drain lines Tested everything for lease There are no leaks at this time Payment in pics Job complete
CUSTOMER STATED : We are getting black mold in master bathroom shower upstairs. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of there being black mold spots within the master bathroom shower enclosure located upstairs. There are no active leaks and mold is due to quality of water / not cleaning shower enclosure. With there being no plumbing failures, all I could recommend at this time to the homeowner was a halo Mini 3 wall mounted whole home filtration system to cleanse their water. RESOLUTION : No repairs made today. Customer requested complimentary service estimate to install wall mounted whole home filtration system. JOB NOTES : Please bill card in photos for membership fee. Clean out located in front yard, right side of front door. JOB STATUS : Job complete ESTIMATE NOTES : Please send.
Customer States: He can hear water running inside his home. Found water on the garage floor. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a leak. Restored water to home, heard water rushing through main water line in the utility closet. Checked entire house to make sure there were running toilets or faucets left on. Meter is spinning. Determined there is a slab leak at this house. Water began coming up through garage floor after about 15 minutes. Can still hear when the valve the water heater is off. Leak is on the cold side. Resolution: Need a leak detector out to pinpoint where this leak is underground/ under slab. Customer agreed. He is not interested in a partial repipe at this time, just wants the leak fixed. Job Notes: Need to schedule leak detector to come out ASAP! Water off to home unable to check pressure. Job Status: Incomplete. Estimates: Built rough estimate for repair.
