Today we showed up to preform a pressure test on the whole house this was for the gas system, we installed our gage at the gas meter. After this is inspected we have to came back and connect gas line back to the gas meter. Today’s charge will be what’s on the invoice We had to return and just add air pressure where we did our work

Customer States: Once they filled and used tub there was a leak in the laundry room in the basement. They have lived there 4 years and have never filled the tub. Technician Notes: Overflow gasket is dry rotted. When customer filled tub it allowed water to pass by overflow and leak down below. Resolution: Installed a new overflow gasket. This estimate is to replace the thermal expansion tank above the water heater. The thermal expansion tank is supposed to be full of compressed air but instead is full of water. RESOLUTION : Installed customer supplied pedestal sink and needed to replace pop up assembly to ensure of no leaks. CUSTOMER STATED: garbage disposal not working. TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon arrival found rag stuck in disposal, reset disposal and attempted to free blades, motor is burnt out. CUSTOMER STATED: water heater in basement is leaking and he also has a small leak on a 3/4 copper line in basement ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection found pinhole in copper line in basement ceiling, found prv has failed and pressure on home is around 130 psi. The 20 year old 50 gallon state natural gas water heater is also leaking internally. Spoke with ahs rep and pinhole leak in copper was declined due to secondary damage. Replacement of the water heater and prv were approved via recorded phone call. Customer out of pocket is 1039.18, he did not want to move forward with water line repair at this time. Ahs is going to be sending water heater to MGP shop. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: prv is replaced and water heater will be replaced when we receive it. The tenants complaint is that they are seeing a leak in basement ceiling We found there is a leak in the basement drop ceiling coming from the master bathroom tub drain We found the tub drain was installed only useing the rubber seal and no putty We replaced the tub drain Tested with no issues Job completed No new estimates are needed

Out today 5/16/24 Trevor J. Return trip to rough-in line for pot filler. Installed a tee on the 1/2” PEX line that feeds the ice maker. Ran new 5ft section of 1/2” PEX in the wall over to location based off current blueprints and stove measurements. New stove is roughly 35” tall. Installed pot filler at 50” tall. Restored water and tested for leaks. Job Notes: Sewer clean out located in front garden area. Tablet began having issues onsite. I am unable to uploaded onto safety inspection form off of my phone. Customer States: They once again have no hot water. They have not had an electrician out since the last time we were here in March. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with the 50 gallon electric water heater in the main level garage utility closet. Unit was manufactured September of 2018. Unit would still be considered under manufacturer warranty. High limit switch was tripped on the upper thermostat. Measured voltage at 260V. Customer never had electrician out to fix this issue. There internal wiring of this water heater has now melted. Water heater will need replaced, however, an electrician will be needed before water heater can be replaced. Due to excessive voltage it fried this existing heater. Resolution: Submit diagnosis to AHS. They denied water heater replacement due to this being secondary damage to the overloaded breaker/ power.
