Ver thorough and practical evaluation of the problem. My only complaint is that he had no shoe covers. He said they were on back order. Both Lowe's and Home Depot have them in stock. I have bought several packages over the last 2 months. I consider those essential.

Showed today for a. Clogged line this was on the kitchen. Side. Talked with the customer, what has to be done and gave her a low price and she say she was not able to pay 350 or less she thought it was going to be like 100 bucks .. left and not collected anything
CUSTOMER STATED: Their hot water heater has been leaking from the bottom, and flooded out the garage. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that this is a AO Smith 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the basement level garage, and is 19 years of age which is outside of manufacture warranty. I found that this heater is leaking internally, and can only be replaced. I let home owner know that choice warranty only covers for the tank itself, and all of the code required items would be an out of pocket expense. I presented options on having the existing tank replaced with new tank, and all code required items to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. Home owner stated he would like to have this done, but would need a few days before signing off on estimate. I let him know this offer is only good for 7 business days. I also checked the whole home water pressure, and got a reading of 78 pounds per square inch (psi). I made home owner aware that this is a little high, and

Customer stated: they had a clogged toilet. Technician notes: called out today to look at a clogged toilet. The toilet is located on the main level powder bathroom. Home owner stated they had a birthday party and had one of the kids at the birthday party clog the toilet. While on site I found that the toilet was clogged due to toilet paper and fecal matter. Resolution: I cleared the clog using my closet auger. After clearing the clog I flush the toilet several times to find the toilet functioning properly as should. Job status complete. Customer States: Upstairs hallway bath sink leaks when used. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with sink leaking. Sink located in upstairs hallway bathroom, left side sink. Found that the tubular nut was loose and the washer was not properly set. Resolution: Properly secured tubular nut and washer. Tested for proper function and leaks. Job Status: Complete. Called out for issue with master bathroom shower leaking. Took cartridge out and found debris. Clean cartridge and valve body. Reinstalled cartridge and tested with no further leaks or issues at this time.
Customer States: Believes there is a leak in the garage wall. Kitchen faucet is loose and needs tightened. Technician Notes: Out today to look into potential issue with a leak and an issue with a faucet. Delta single handle kitchen faucet in kitchen is loose. Securing nut on the bottom needs tightened. Cut open drywall in garage (36”x8” hole) to expose a pinhole on a 1/2” copper line that serves the hose bib. Pinhole will need cut out and new pipe installed. Resolution: Tightened kitchen faucet to gain proper stability. Installed new 1/2” PEX in place of copper that had a pinhole. Restored water and tested for proper function and leaks.
