CUSTOMER STATED: Pressure in home dies down when more than one faucet is used at the same time. Thinks this could have something to do with water heater being replaced. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Found that customer has a 20 year old PRV in basement along with a water filter. Pressure dies down due to failed PRV. No relation to water heater replacement due to tech not shutting down main water system during replacement. RESOLUTION: Installed new PRV and set pressure to 70psi. Tested for proper function.
CUSTOMER STATED: That the powder bath toilet on the main floor has backed up while she was on vacation and her sons were left at home. TECHNICIAN NOTES: The clog is only in the toilet in the powder bath it is not a main line clog. RESOLUTION: Used my 6 ft auger on the toilet and after a few minutes was able to push the blockage through into the main line where it should be unable to cause any more issues. Flushed toilet multiple times and everything is functioning properly with no leaks or drips at this time.
CUSTOMER STATED: There's a leak coming from the kitchen. TECHNICIAN NOTES: After inspecting, I found that the inline filter for the kitchen sink was loosing a lot of water around the filter housing. The homeowner decided they would like it removed along with the shut-offs for the hot and cold on the faucet replaced. RESOLUTION: After replacing the inline filter and installing the new emergency shut-offs for the kitchen faucet, I tested and found no visible leak at this time.
CUSTOMER STATED: Called out due to the customer stating that the toilet, and shower are clogged. TECHNICIAN NOTES: After inspecting, there are no issues with shower after pouring four 5 gallon buckets down the drain but as for the toilet it was clogged and the customer also brought up that they barely have any water pressure coming out of the sink. RESOLUTION: I used the auger to clear the toilet and replaced 2 shut offs and supply lines in the upstairs guest bathroom due to customers faucet having no water pressure, tested all repairs with no further issues.
