CUSTOMER STATED: in the hallway bathroom there is a slow draining tub and a slow draining faucet. The faucet also has a slow leak at faucet. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Came out to confirm issues found that the tub and faucet had a really slow drain, which shows there may be hair or debris in the draining line, the faucet also had a slow drip. RESOLUTION: cleared both the tub and faucet drains from hair and debri to make sure they flowed properly. The faucet has a S Trap which may be causing that slow draining but it is draining as of today.The faucet cartridge wasn’t able to be pulled out and will need to come back out to remove and replace the cartridge with proper tool. See pictures for faucet type not sure on brand. MGPNOTES: Will need to reschedule to pull cartridge on faucet and replace the cartridge. CUSTOMER STATED: home owner has a burst pipe in the basement of home leading to hose bib TECHNICIAN NOTES: Came out today to confirm issue of a burst pipe, found there to be two areas in the same pipe which had burst during the winter freeze we had. Will end up replacing damaged area. Also found gate valve shutoff to be leaking from packing nut and will need to be addressed. RESOLUTION: Replaced the damaged piping to get rid of the homeowners issue, and installed a new half inch quarter turn shut off. The area has no more leak from the sections I’ve replaced as of today. Estimate is to replace the urinal and flush valve due to fact that the urinal is so caked up with crystallized urine again after cleaning it twice we recommend changing it and flush valve to ensure no more future issues.

CUSTOMER STATED: Disposal is not working and making humming noise since Monday. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Came out to location to diagnose disposal and found that the disposal was jammed up. RESOLUTION: Used disposal Allen wrench to free up disposal and informed home owner not to put bones down into disposal it is working as it should as of today. CUSTOMER STATED: When draining a large quantity of water upstairs it will back up into the sink in the basement. Issue with dish washer shutoff valve in upstairs kitchen. TECHNICIAN NOTES: There are two 3" inch PVC pipes running down from ceiling through foundation floor on either side of home in basement. Kitchen sink is in the middle. When customer fills and drains tub, runs laundry or dish washer waste backs up into this sink. Ran 70+ foot of cable with small sewer machine. Did not run into anything hard. However, when cable was pulled back there was grease on it. At this point I recommend kitchen drain needs a jet job and Camera to inspect for underlying issues. Packing nut needs tightened I'm upstairs kitchen. RESOLUTION: Tightened packing nut under kitchen sink upstairs. Will need to run a jetter with camera in basement kitchen. AHS does not cover for hydro jetting or camera. COD: 902.42 MGP NOTES: AUTHO: 115IRA AUTHO STATUS: JOB STATUS: AHS portion of job complete. ESTIMA

Stopper needs adjusted to allow proper flow of water. GB slow draining due to hair in drain. Toilet needs plunged in other GB. Kitchen faucet has low flow. Pfister faucet unsure of age. Issue with valve body. Customer is going to submit a recall to AHS for a new faucet to be installed. Resolution: Adjusted Stopper in MB. Removed hair from drain in GB. Plunged toilet in other GB. CUSTOMER STATED: Pressure in home dies down when more than one faucet is used at the same time. Thinks this could have something to do with water heater being replaced. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Found that customer has a 20 year old PRV in basement along with a water filter. Pressure dies down due to failed PRV. No relation to water heater replacement due to tech not shutting down main water system during replacement. RESOLUTION: Installed new PRV and set pressure to 70psi. Tested for proper function.
