7 /22/ 2024 Authorization number :115jzba CUSTOMER STATED: upon arrival customer stated her guest bathroom in the hallway was not flushing properly she thinks it’s something to do with the flush handle . She also stated she had a back up in her master bathroom that was bad and had gurgling noises when she flushed . TECHNICIAN NOTES: out today to look at guest bathroom toilet not flushing properly and a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. When I arrived the customer stated her guest bathroom was not flushing properly, and her master bathroom toilet had a blockage and was filled with waste. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: replaced 3 inch flapper in guest hallway bathroom toilet. After repair was made, I flushed toilet repeatedly to test it was functioning properly. The master bathroom toilet was backed up with waste and would not flush. I was able to clear blockage causing backup with a plunger. I flushed toilet multiple times to make sure blockages were all clear and is fun
CUSTOMER STATED: they wanted their water heater flushed. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to perform a water heater flush. While on site I started draining the water heater in the attic into the bathroom directly below. I drained water heater completely until no water was left. Water Softener System Maintenance: We replaced a malfunctioning timer mechanism, recalibrated the system, and tested it to ensure consistent water softening performance.
Emergency Pipe Repair: Responding to a burst pipe, we shut off the water supply, replaced the damaged section, and conducted pressure testing to ensure integrity.
Bathroom Remodeling: We collaborated with a client on a bathroom renovation, installing new fixtures and ensuring proper water flow in the redesigned space.
Water Heater Installation: We recommended and installed a high-efficiency water heater, providing the homeowner with a reliable hot water supply and improved energy savings.
Clogged Drain Cleaning: A client with persistent kitchen sink clogs called us. Our plumbers used advanced techniques to remove the blockage and restore proper drainage.
CUSTOMER STATED: The whirl pool tub was not working properly. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that this is a 3/4 HP motor located in the upstairs master bathroom of home with access underneath in the basement. I found that the motor would not even kick on, but there was air flow from the switch to the motor. This motor is 34 years of age, and needs to be replaced. I let the h/o know AHS warranty is only covering up to $125 for the motor replacement. I presented options to have this done through service, and the h/o would like to speak with AHS warranty before making any further decisions. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We would need to replace the existing failed whirlpool motor located in the upstairs master bathroom along with air switch. There is access underneath in basement. **ANNUAL WHOLE HOME PLUMBING INSPECTION** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that everything through out the home has recently been upgraded, recently installed, in good condition, and functioning properly. I did find that this home does not have an external clean out, and made the h/o aware of the benefits of having one installed for the home. The h/o was also interested in having a hose bib installed on the left side of the home for gardening. The h/o is not interested in having this done right now, but would like to have this done down the road. Resolution: There are no mechanical/plumbing issues for todays visit Job Notes:**This is a HCC member, and there are no charges for todays visit** Job Status: Complete Estimates: Ready to send
Customer stated water heater is leaking. Found 50 gallon water heater leaking in garage. Replaced water heater with all codes modifications and disposal. Job is completed.
Every interaction I had with your company was a great experience and the water issue was resolved in a timely manner. The work crew specifically was very courteous and worked hard. The pricing process was not my favorite. I had to agree to a price before work could start and anyone understood the nature of the problem. Also, if the problem was bigger than the provided writeup, I was told to expect to pay more. Thankfully the problem was much smaller than anticipated. That said, anyone who would look at the work completed and compare that to the cost would see a clear overcharge. I would prefer a process that provided a charge more aligned with the work.
