CUSTOMER STATED : Master shower won’t stop running. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of the master bathroom walk in shower located upstairs. Master bathroom shower is constantly running due to a defective moen shower cartidge. Homes water pressure is good, testing at 60 PSI from front side hose bib. Recommended to AHS to replace defective moen cartridge in master bathroom walk in shower. AHS has approved costs to replace defective moen cartridge. RESOLUTION : Replaced defective moen posi temp cartridge for master bathroom walk in shower. New cartridge has been pressurized and tested, showing no further concerns at this point in time. JOB NOTES : Clean out located on front side of home. AUTHO : 115ACMA JOB STATUS : Job complete

CUSTOMER STATED : Would like our complimentary annual plumbing inspection completed. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the customer interest of receiving their complimentary annual plumbing inspection. While performing inspection, I found a defective prv located near water meter in front yard. Defective prv is causing high water pressure in the home. RESOLUTION : Performed complimentary plumbing inspection and sold service estimate to replace exterior pressure regulating valve. Repairs have been fully pressurized and tested showing no further concerns. Homes water pressure is now 50 PSI with new prv. JOB NOTES : Please bill card in photos for invoice amount. JOB STATUS : Job complete This is a complimentary service estimate to replace the defective pressure regulating valve located in the ground. Replacing valve will include digging up front yard.
Customer call about too is not flush properly need replace flushometer rebuild kit 1.6gpf I do not have the part with me went to Home Depot I don’t find we need to order the part Job is not complete Replace 2 flushometer rebuild kit tested and everything is good replace water filter on one off the water filter system job is complete
4/17/24 Preston B job notes : Out to the residence today for a sold estimate to perform a pull and reset on the full hallway bathroom. Once toilet was pulled, I found flange has been repaired in past. Left ear of closet flange has also broken. After conversating with the customer, they approved additional costs to replace closet flange. RESOLUTION : Performed a pull / reset and replaced closet flange for toilet in full hallway bathroom. After making necessary repairs, I gave remounted toilet and tested for proper functions/leaks. At this point in time there are further concern and customers can use toilet as needed. JOB NOTES : Please bill card on file for remaining invoice amount that includes additional work sold on site today. Clean out located on left side of front door. JOB STATUS : Job complete This is a service estimate to pull and reset hall bathroom toilet. Once toilet is pulled, on site technician will inspect flange and speak to customer about repairs/replacem

Customer call about kitchen sink is not draining properly I run small machine tested and everything is good pressure is 120psi but customer is not want replace the pressure regulator valve

Technician notes: out today, upon inspection of the water heater. The water heater is 9 years old and we did not preform the flush. We did do a visual inspection of the heater, everything is up to code and working as it should at this time. Water heater is located in the back right corner in the garage. Customer mentioned they have a toilet leaking from the bottom. Job status: complete Estimates: please forward to customer
This is a complimentary estimate to have the existing internally leaking water located in the garage of home replaced with new 40 gallon short tank, and all code required items to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. Customer Stated: They had a leak coming from the water heater. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Whirlpool 40 gallon short natural gas water heater located in the garage of home, and is 11 years of age which is outside of manufacture warranty. I found that this tank is leaking internally, and is pouring water into the garage. I let the h/o know we would have to replace this water heater as there are no repairs I can make once it is leaking internally. I also made her aware that constellation does not cover for internal leaking water heaters, and replacement would be an out of pocket cost. I presented options to have this done through service today, and the h/o elected to move forward with replacing tank. Resolution: I was able to successfully
