Technician installed new moen posi temp cartridge on return trip to find that was not the issue. Upon further investigation we found that the recirculation pump to be the issue technician cut in a half and shut off to Fine that the pump and The check valve will need to be replaced. Technician will submit to choice with Dan whenever we find out proper pricing for the recirculation pump.

Customer stated: The shower on the second floor master bathroom was not draining properly. Technician notes: We found the drain to have grout holding the sides of the pipe. We also found drain be very slow Resolution: We ran an auger down the drain 6’, to clear all hair and debris from line.
