Technician installed new moen posi temp cartridge on return trip to find that was not the issue. Upon further investigation we found that the recirculation pump to be the issue technician cut in a half and shut off to Fine that the pump and The check valve will need to be replaced. We also found drain be very slow Resolution: We ran an auger down the drain 6’, to clear all hair and debris from line.
