No estimate needed as choice covered all repairs. This estimate is to replace 3 feet of copper that has a pipe clamp on it and other possible pin holes in that 3 feet of pipe. We will be cutting it out and replacing it with pex. The pin hole is located in the main hallway at the entrance of the home. Technician replaced three-quarter copper pipe with pex to resolve the issue on return trip. Water turned back on and everything tested

Out today 2/21/24 Trevor J. Return trip/ recall to address a leak coming from a water heater we installed on 2/19/24. Previous technician had a failed sweat joint that caused water spray above the new 50 gallon natural gas water heater in the garage. Leak caused additional water to flood into garage. Cleaned up water to the best of our abilities while onsite by sweeping water out of garage and setting up customers fan to help dry out area. After repairing the cold side riser I attempted to light the water heater. Water heater would not light. After further investigation we found that the water heater is completely water logged. Burner chamber and the insulation between the outer and inner tank are full of water. Water heater has to be replaced. Picked up a new 50 gallon natural gas water heater from supply house. Returned and installed a completely new water heater. Tested unit for proper function and leaks after restoring water and gas. Went over install with customer. Job Status: C
