We came out to test job as well as permit fees. Painting gas line Job is complete
Technician completed whole home evaluation to find that the water heater was built in 2007 and it has a risk to start leaking at any point and that they currently have a leak under the kitchen sink on the right side of the tubular and will need fixed. Due to the age of the water heater, will not be pushing it out due to it being far past the six year warranty.
Completed whole house, plumbing evaluation to find that the water heater is from 2007 in past its lifespan and that there is a leak in the tubular on the right side kitchen sink.
Completed a whole home evaluation to find a new risk of flooding inside the home. Only issue we found is that the drain line as found an hour camera inspection back in February is causing the main level bathroom to not drain properly and cause a toilet to constantly bubble when used.
