Excellent work but this did not solve my septic issues. Had to call a different company to resolve it!
Customer stated: he would like to have his existing 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. Technician drained, disconnected and removed existing water heater. Installed new My Georgia Plumber supplied 50 gallon RHEEM water heater and all code requirements. Reinstalled existing recirculating pump per customers request. Turned water back on to house, removed all air from the lines and had no leaks showing at this time. Reconnected power supply to water heater. Everything is working as it should at this time. Please note: water heater was dented during transport, spoke with customer about the situation and he gave the go ahead to install this heater as long as it didn’t void his warranty. Please note: while on site pressure was checked and it was reading 125 psi, presented customer with estimate for PRV replacement and he elected to not proceed with that repair at this time, advised customer that My Georgia Plumber would not be able to warranty the work we’ve done today if pressure
Kitchen plumbing repair & bathroom plumbing repair service call. The homeowner complaint is they are having a smell coming from the garbage disposal The master bathroom shower when the handle is turned no water comes out The kitchen faucet is dripping from the spout The master bathroom Roman tub leaks from the cold handle I found that the kitchen faucet is having a slow drip from the tub spout I found that the Roman tub water is leaking from the cold side handle I didn’t smell anything from the garbage disposal and the disposal is working with no issue I found the master bathroom shower when the handle is turned on no water comes out of the shower head it is because the handle is completely broken and cannot grab the end of the stem Authorization 115jjja Job completion: job completed Estimates are built and ready to send
Customer stated: there is a leak coming from the upstairs hall bathroom lavatory. Customer stated that this has been progressively getting worse since they moved in. Technician notes: upon investigation found that the upstairs bathroom lavatory was stopped up and the tubular drain was missing pieces causing it to leak every time water was ran in the lavatory. Was unable to make contact with Mr. Cary, went ahead and completed work per Dan. Unstopped lavatory and replaced nut and washer for drain. Filled and dumped lavatory multiple times with no stoppages or leaks occurring. This is an estimate to unstop the upstairs lavatory and replace the leaking drain. Customer stated: has leak somewhere noticed high water bill. Tech notes: called Jeremy to get code for smart lock. Once I got into the home I walked around to make sure no faucets were on. Nothing was running no toilets leaking. I did notice a small puddle under MB sink that I’m not sure where it came from. I ran the sink and filled it up several time. The stops are not leaking and supply lines are dry so I can’t say that there is a leak. All these fixtures look pretty new. I made sure that the meter wasn’t spinning and it is not. I also made sure meter works and it does. I did notice that the pressure is just barley out of code. It’s about 82 psi. And the PRV looks like it has some age on it. Also the hose bib by garage needs a couple screws in it to properly secure it since it’s piped in with cpvc it feels very loose when I was checking pressure. Customer stated: out today on sold estimate to replace secondary upstairs shower handle. Tech notes: I replaced trim cartridge and handle and re caulked it. CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak in the kitchen sink area TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today to diagnose issue but found no leak in the area described as of today. RESOLUTION: since no issue or leak was found as of today AHS was called to notify them of no mechanical failure and got the flat rate as of today. CUSTOMER STATED : TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today to repair a leak. After Rediagnosing potential leak appearing on the ceiling in the basement bedroom, it is apparent the dishwasher in the kitchen is the cause of the leak. Apart from the leak caused by the dishwasher, the master bathroom shower drain is also leaking and is very loose causing water to pour on the exterior back side of the home. Recommend replace shower drain RESOLUTION : Customer needs to contact appliance company For dishwasher JOB NOTES : Not plumbing related. Dishwasher causing leak.
