Customer States: Pressure is low throughout home. Technician Notes: Was out at job yesterday on a recall work order to view the water heater that was not producing hot water. Tenant also mentioned they have low pressure, landlords property manager said that another plumber looked at the PRV and said it needs replaced. Called into AHS to submit work order for PRV replacement. AHS is not covering for PRV as it is not leaking and not causing high pressure. Resolution: Created estimate to be sent to customer for a PRV replacement. I still believe the PRV should be replaced but unfortunately AHS is not covering for this repair. By replacing the PRV it will allow us to set pressure to a higher level like the tenant is looking for. AHS listed this as “no mechanical failure.” Job Notes: This work order came in, I submit this work order without going to the home today. Job Status: Complete. Autho: 115CRSI Estimates: Good to send.
