CM 05/01/2024 Customer stated: they had a pressure issue out of the master bathroom hot side lavatory faucet. Tech notes: called out today to look at a faucet in the master bathroom that’s having pressure issue on the hot side. Our previous technician had replaced the cartridge that had fixed the drip but didn’t fix the issue. While further investigating I checked pressure to find it a 45 psi and checked the water heater to find it 2 years old and functioning properly. I checked the hot side straight stop under the lavatory sink in the master bathroom to find it completely corroded and clogged allowing a small volume of water to come out. Resolution: replaced the straight stop and tested to fine everything functioning properly as should. CM 04/18/2024 Customer stated: they wanted their water heater flushed. Tech notes: called out today to perform a water heater flush. While on site we went up stairs and located the water heater in a utility closet on the second floor. Upon arrival I hooked up my hose and drained the heater. Once the heater was completely drained. I filled it back up and tested to find no leaks or drips. Resolution: completed the flush. Job status complete. Job notes: no clean out.

Customer Stated: She wanted to have a quote for having the sewage/drain line along with hot/cold water lines relocated for the washing machine. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this washing machine box is located in the main level utility room of home. I found that we would need to move the sewage lines, and water lines 3.5’ - 4’ to the right of current location. I presented options to have this done for a different date, and the h/o elected to move forward with repairs. Resolution: We will be relocating sewage/drain lines along with hot/cold water lines 3.5’ - 4’ to the right of current washing machine box location. Customer states recirculation pump makes a loud noise when it’s on how ever when he turns it off they get cold water on the hot side. As well as t&p on the water heater is leaking Found the recirculation pump is making a loud noise due to corrosion build up inside the fan motor pump needs to be replaced. When the pump is off or set on timer and is not running they get cold water in the hot side due to the check valve having failed and allowing cold water to back feed into the recirculation system. The t&p had a leak out of the top and is heavily corroded. Managed to get the leak to stop but due to the level of corrosion I highly recommend replacing the t&p to insure that there is no other issues. Job is not completed Estimates ready to send. Customer states a few days ago upstairs guest bathroom clogged, he plunged annd cleared the clog but was concerned. and currently the basement bathroom is clogged. Tested and found no issues in upstairs guest bathroom, basement bathroom backing up. Found sewage pump behind bathroom that was not pumping at all. Pump is burnt up. They said that the pump was replaced 4 years ago but they never had not heard the thump it makes since it was replaced. Check valve looks to be reused from old pump. Likely the. Check valve failed causing the sewage pump to fail. CUSTOMER STTED: fire pit not working TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found a fireplace gas key valve with mud in it causing key not to be able to turn it on , igniter also was not work8ng properly RESOLUTION: leafed blockage inside gas key valve and found no further issues igniter wire had a cut causing spark to be lost was not able to get igniter to fully function but recommended adjusting the rocks around it to maximize gas flow to igniter JOBSTATUS: complete

Customer stated: toilet constantly running Technician notes: upon inspection, master bathroom toilet flapper would sometimes get stuck open due to the chain having to much slack Resolution: readjusted the chain, flushed toilet 5 times. Out today 4/26/24 Trevor J. HCC annual home inspection Completed inspection. During inspection found that there are multiple flexible/ accordion style drains underneath the sinks all throughout the home. These are not causing a plumbing issue at this time, but when they do, I would recommend replacing hard pipe/ tubular. No major plumbing issues found in the home. Older toilet in the upstairs hallway bathroom has grout/ tile flooring built around it. Job Notes: No sewer clean out located. Job Status: Complete. Estimates: None needed at this time.

Customer States: Leak in the kitchen. Faucet in the master bathroom is dripping. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a leak in the main level kitchen. Water leak has caused major damage under the sink and under the flooring in the kitchen. Customer mentioned that the faucet was replaced yesterday due to a different leak. Todays leak seems to be coming from the dish washer. There is a potential issue with the drain pump/ door seal/ drain hose. Appliance technician will need to look into this issue. There is already one scheduled to come out to customers home. Other issue is located in the master bathroom. Right side vanity Delta faucet is dripping from the hot side.
