CUSTOMER STATED : Faucet upstairs doesn’t not have hot water and gas lanterns outside are not staying lit. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of a single handle bathroom faucet in the upstairs full guest bathroom not producing hot water and for the exterior wall mounted gas lanterns not operating properly. Have taken supply line off to faucet and found there to be no concerns with the water flow to the faucet. Hot side integrated bathroom faucet line appears to be clogged. Customer stated they will replace the bathroom faucets themselves. Wall mounted gas lanterns are not getting their gas supply when turning each labeled shut off on from the manifold located in the basement. Gas lines supplying lanterns at flex copper. I have recommended to blow out the gas line from the basement for there possibly being sediment that has built up over time. This is a complimentary estimate for My Georgia Plumber to replace the sewer line from your home to the sewer tap. The section of pipe to be replaced is approximately 60 feet long at a depth from 13-15 feet. We will need to rent special excavating equipment as well as safety gear for advanced digging to expose the pipe for replacement. Once the new pipe is in place, we will bury the new line and test to ensure everything is functioning as intended.

I found that this tank is up to code, in great condition, and functioning properly. I did not find any plumbing/mechanical issues for the water heater on todays visit. **ANNAUL WHOLE HOME PLUMBING INSPECTION** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that mostly everything in this home has been replaced or remodeled at some point. I found that everything in the home was in great condition, and functioning properly. While on site the h/o wanted me to cut section of drywall out to find if there was something leaking in the master bedroom ceiling as he noticed water damage showing up. After cutting drywall I found that there was a pin hole leaking in the 3/4” copper piping. I presented options to have this done today through service, and h/o elected to move forward with repairs. I warned the h/o that this will continue to happen especially with a home of this age, and although I fixed one section it will happen on the next weakest link in the chain. Resolution: I was able to successfully remove the existing section of 3/4” copper piping, and replace with brand new 3/4” pex piping with no issues. I fully pressurized whole home with no issues or leaks.

Customer Stated: They had water damage showing up in the basement ceiling, and were not sure where it was coming from. They recently had the whole home pressure washed, and 2 days after they started noticing the water damage. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that there were three different water damage spots located in the basement ceiling of home. I found that this area of the home is on the external left side of home, but there is nothing plumbing related above the ceiling where water damage is forming. I let the h/o know that this is a foundation issue, as well as letting her know there is mildew/mold build in sub flooring. I let her know as well that there is nothing plumbing related leaking, and therefore I can not make any repairs.
