I had a leak in my water main between my house and the city’s water pipe. Manny and his co-worker explained everything they were going to do before doing it. They then told me when they were done and asked me to check all my faucets before they left. They were very professional and surprisingly clean. I will always use them.

Worst experience I have had with a plumbing company. Canceling my annual membership and had to contract with another company to resolve the leakage in our hot water tank.Technicians came over yesterday and said that my tank had a small leak but would be fine for a short time until we decided on replacement. Today we had cold water. The technicians came back this morning and said that the leak was dripping on the pilot light and they could not fix it and now needed a new tank in order to regain hot water.In 6 years we have always had hot water and the day after the technicians came, it suffenly didn’t work. Don’t buy it. My Georgia Plummer is not what it used to be!

I recently had the pleasure of working with CJ and Tyle and couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided. My experience was very unfortunate. I was not getting any hot water at all. Suspected my hot water heater. Called for an appt and the person came out, looked at my hot water heater for a few seconds and said it needed to be replaced. I thought, ok, must be pretty apparent. Replaced and he left. I questioned when I would get hot water back and he said it would be a bit for the hot water heater to fill up. Next day, still no hot water. I called and they were going to send someone else out... who came and could not determine what was wrong but knew it was something electrical. Then had an electrician come out who flipped a switch and we were good to go. I feel the inexperience and lack of knowledge of the first technician caused me to purchase an unnecessary new hot water heater. In addition, when they were there, they convinced me that my water pressure needed all this work and even got me to pay a percentage up front for the work they were going to do. Now not really trusting their guidance, I tried to see if I could figure it out myself... guess what, it just needed a new faucet! $30 online for a new faucet... they were going to charge HUNDREDS ($300 which they required me to pay up front). I spoke to a manager who didn't have much to say in regards to the situation. I did get my $300 back, but I would say the expertise they tout is not actually there. I wouldn't trust them with a repair. Silver lining... I guess I have a new hot water heater now at least!

The office staff is very pleasant and prompt with addressing any questions. The appointments were quick and easy to make. The technician, Travis, went out of his way to do an outstanding job. He made sure to order the recommended company model connectors instead of taking short cuts so as to prevent any future gas leakages. He also replaced the gas line behind my dryer which had been incorrectly installed and was leaking gas. I would highly recommend this company.
