CUSTOMER STATED : Master bathroom garden Tub is leaking. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the tenants concern of the master bathroom garden tub leaking from the tub spout. Waste and over flow plate has also fallen off. Waste and over flow plate needed to be shaved down to properly connect to the over flow piping. RESOLUTION : Replaced tub spout and shaved waste / overflow plate to properly seal tub. Repairs have been tested and at this point in time showing no further concerns. JOB NOTES : Clean out located on right side of front door. Please bill resipro for invoice amount. JOB STATUS : Job complete

Customer stated: Garbage disposal is making a weird noise when turned on Technician Noes: Out today, customer has a 1/3 hp insinkerator garbage disposal that is rusted on the inside , creating a loud noise whenever it is being used. Disposal needs to be replaced. Resolution: Replaced existing garbage disposal with a new 1/3hp insinkerator. Checked and tested for leaks. Everything is working as it should at this time. Dhufstetler 01/22/24 Insinkerator 1/3hp garbage disposal under kitchen sink jammed and not turning on. Unjammed disposal and tested. No foreign objects detected in disposal. Disposal jammed due to normal wear and tear. No further problems detected. JOB COMPLETE

This is a complimentary estimate to remove the existing gas logs and install a customer-supplied unit. Dhufstetler 01/15/24 Replaced gas control valve to gas fireplace in living room and tested. Pilot lights, but the fireplace does not turn on completely. Tested, unable to determine cause of failure. Need to get with Dan in the morning and discuss options to move forward. JOB NOT COMPLETE

Dhufstetler 01/02/24 American Standard two handle lavatory faucet in foyer powder room dripping constantly due to failed cartridge. Customer had already purchased replacement faucet before my arrival. Customer accepted estimate to replace customer supplied faucet. Replaced foyer powder room lavatory faucet with Moen lav and tested. No further problems detected. JOB COMPLETE
