This is what is causing the drip. Resolution: Installed a new Delta cartridge and restored water to home. Tested for proper function and leaks. Job Notes: No exterior clean out located. CUSTOMER STATED: Need water filtration system installed TECHNICIAN NOTES: Came out today for a free estimate for a water filtration system we will be installing a customer supplied water filtration system spring well brand with a filter canister and a sediment filter as well. CUSTOMER STATED: toilets not flushing properly TECHNICIAN NOTES: flushed the toilets and found that they weren’t flushing properly, due to old flappers. RESOLUTION: replaced flappers and found no further issues with the toilets flushing tenant was happy with work today.
Customer/ Company States: There is a total of 8 toilets and 6 faucets that need switched to automated/ touch less flush. The 2 urinals already have these devices. Technician Notes: Out today to gather information to build an estimate to replace the flush valves on 8 toilets (5 in women’s, 3 in men’s) and 6 faucets (3 in women’s, 3 in men’s) in the back warehouse bathrooms to touch less/ automated flush. Resolution: Created estimate for replacements. Job Notes: Will need to go over estimate to make sure price book is accurate on this scope of work. Job Status: Complete for today. Estimates: DO NOT SEND. NEEDS REVISED FOR ACCURACY.
TECHNICIAN NOTES: June 24th 2023 came out to location to clear line in the mean time while we get netter out to location, we have a line with major root problems. Clogs like this are *NO WARRANTY* due to issue still being there water is flowing as of today but did explain no flushable wipes or toilet paper to be put down sewage system until issue is fixed. * STILL NEED TO SCHEDULE FOR HYDRO JETTER* when one becomes available Run the hydro jetter through the clean out in the yard to clear clog. Once the jetting is complete we will run camera a second time to confirm that the line is clear.
CUSTOMER STATED:the tenants complaint is they are noticing a water stain on the dining room ceiling and they have noticed that it only drips or gets larger when multiple people are showering back to back TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found there is a water stain on the dining room ceiling that is about 6 to 8in wide and is dry after speaking to the tenant I looked at the master bathroom above and found several cracks in the tile wall between the shower and tub that wall is 6 to 8in wide RESOLUTION: the grout needs to be replaced and sealed JOB NOTES: STATUS job completed AUTHO ESTIMATES no estimates are needed not a plumbing issue
CUSTOMER STATED: the management company wanted the camera run To determine the area of the pipe that is causing issues TECHNICIAN NOTES: I ran the camera and did find a joint that roots have grown through but I also found that at the 46 foot mark there is what appears to be a few fittings that there is a clog forming and that is holding water but it is at the side walk curb area RESOLUTION: I found that the problem seems to be under the sidewalk street curb area which may be the responsibility of the county/city or hoa If none of these take responsibility then my recommendation would be to set up a yearly hydro jetting schedule to clean the pipes and cut the roots out of the line JOB NOTES: STATUS job completed AUTHO approved prior to rescheduling ESTIMATES are built and ready to send Estimate to camera sewer line to look for any underlying issues with the line. We cleared piping and was able to get the system flowing.

The tenants complaint is that they used the powder bath on the main floor and i started backing up and overflowed the bowl for a little while I found that there is sewage sitting in the powder bath toilet and that it has overflowed on to the floor throughout the first floor and into the garage I checked the clean out in the side yard when I pulled the cap sewage started flowing out of the clean out so the clog is in the main line in the yard Need to snake the line to clear the clog And preferably need to come back out to run a camera to determine if there is any broken sections of pipe or see if there is any roots in the line
