The tenants complaint is that there house keeps flooding from the toilets And they told us there has been several repairs done to the sewer system We found that in the back yard you can see where there has been some brush and maybe small trees removed from the back side of the septic tank area And there are several pieces of coragated pipes laying in the mud I believe that the leech field off the back of the septic tank is no longer intact and not working properly A septic company needs to be sent out Job completed No new estimates are needed

The tenants complaint is that the kitchen faucet has fallen off the counter top and that part of the tubular drain has been leaking and falling off since they moved in I found that the kitchen faucet is just dangling into the sink because the brass screw has come off of the faucet and some of the threads are messed up And I found that the sprayer hose has become kinked I found that the tubular from the left side of the sink to the tee has completely fallen off I replaced the kitchen faucet and completely reworked the kitchen sink drain Tested with no issues Job completed No others estimates are needed No visible clean out

Initially the toilet was flushing, and functions properly. I flushed the same toilet numerous times with no back ups or any clogging issues. Customer stated: leak on kitchen ceiling below laundry room. Customer said it showed up about a month ago and it hasn’t spread any further. Customer has been using laundry normal. Technician notes: out today to inspect a leak on the kitchen ceiling. We filled up the washer machine full of water and did a full drain. There was no leaks, the ceiling was still dry. The laundry room area does not have any signs of water damage. Checked meter for any indication of a leak, There is no active leak at this time. Advised customer to continue using laundry room as needed and to keep an eye on the kitchen ceiling. Called out today for a back up whole home was backing up Downstairs toilet was backing up due to the blockage from upstairs blocking off the vent Upstairs was back up due to a soft tissues blockage Was able to clear line by snaking drain from tub in hallway bath Ran water down the line for 5 mins to insure lines were cleared Was able to get the drain lines cleared from the top floor Job complete

Customer Stated: They had a toilet that was constantly backing up, and running. The tenant also stated that they had a specialist come out, and determine that the issue for the constant clogging was due to root in the line. She also stated the company came out recently, and only removed the roots/trees. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that there were excavation marks from the front to the back yard, and there was a pile of tree/brush/branches close to the septic tank cap. I found that the external clean out was full of water, and backed up with sewage waste as well. I let the tenant know we would need to run the snake cable machine down the line towards the septic tank in order to try, and clear any blockage if there is any. I found that the septic tank was the issue, and the drain fuel line system was not functioning properly causing sewage to constantly back up inside the whole home. While on site I also found that the whole home water pressure was reading at 120 psi at bath th
