CUSTOMER STATED: Customer very recently moved into the building. Behind their washing machine on their bottom floor had been leaking and so much so that a bubble built them burst on to the floor. The basement toilet needed to be re adjusted to have the water at the appropriate level so it won’t keep running. The kitchen sink both sides were leaking out from the strainer into the cabinets. TECHNICIAN NOTES: The issues were able to be easily found and addressed. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We needed to replace the washer in the connection to the washing machine hose. For the basement toilet that was still running we had to adjust the fill valve to stop the overflowing water in the tank. We need to detach the basket strainer and install some plumbers putty in both sides to complete the seal. JOB NOTES: Washing machine task is complete. Basement toilet is no longer running. Both sinks no long are leaking. JOB STATUS: COMPLETE PARTS: Washer, Plumber putty. AUT
