Customer stated: they had a clogged home. Tech notes: called out today to look at a clogged home. While on site I found the home had a clean out that is completely overflowing. I ran my sewer machine 100ft and pulled back tons of wipes and roots in the line. Resolution: need to replace sewer line due to exposure of roots. The sewer line is 90 feet long and is located on the right side of the home. The sewer Lin is 4inch and goes directly from the right side of the home to the street. We will need an excavator to trench along with laying 90 feet of 4 inch pvc and connecting it at the city connection. We will also be filling the trench back in once line is laid and completed. Job status not complete. Job notes: need to get with Robert on building estimate, ate.

Customer stated: they had water pressure issues. Tech notes: called out today to look at pressure issues in the home while on site I found all fixtures but the powder bathroom faucet having pressure issues. Prv was reading 6psi which is code but when running a utility it’s fluctuates down to 20 psi. Resolution: I replaced the Wilkins double union prv in the garage. Once I replaced prv I tested and found everything functions properly as should. Job status complete. This estimate is to replace the prv in the garage. The prv has failed causing water fluctuation throughout the whole home where pressure is dropping to 20 psi the going back up to 60psi.
