CUSTOMER STATED: the homeowner complaint is that the lav sink on the left side of the master bathroom is very slow to drain TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found the lav sink in the master bathroom on the 2nd floor is slow to drain RESOLUTION: I removed hair from the pop up assembly Tested with no issues JOB NOTES: STATUS job completed AUTHO submitted online ESTIMATES are built and ready to send

Customer stated- Whole house clog Technician notes- Found clean out full of sewage, house is on septic, probed could not find septic tank but found a spot where probe would get wet with sewage water. Resolution- attempted to call Cary with no answer, needs to have septic company out to locate tank and Pump. MGP notes- Autho- Job status- needs septic company Estimates- no estimates

Return trip to install a stem, once we came out here I found that the handle was stripped and not the stem. I replaced the handle and had no further issues with the cold side not working. Went ahead and replaced both handles to make them match in color.

CUSTOMER STATED : The master bathroom cold water handle is stripped, and will not cut on. 2- Kitchen sink it’s dripping underneath. 3-Hall way bathroom sink I stopped up. TECHNICIAN NOTES : When I arrived today I found the leak under the kitchen sink caused by water slipping through the right side basket strainer of the kitchen sink. Upstairs full secondary bathroom has a broken pop up assembly. Master bathroom garden tub has a cold handle that is loose and cannot turn cold water on for the garden tub. After further inspecting the home, I found the internal water pressure to be outside of code, meaning the pressure reducing valve is currently defective.(failed) After speaking with Kerry on the phone, he did no want the prv to be replaced today. RESOLUTION : Tightened the bottom nut for the kitchen basket strainer on the right side of the kitchen sink. Replaced the pop up assembly in the upstairs full guest bathroom.
