Needing to provide and replace master bathroom undermount lavatory sink bowl. Will also reinstall existing 8in widespread faucet. Will also need to provide and replace broken price pfister handle adapter for upstairs jack n jill tub and shower valve. Job completed March 20, 2024 master bathroom lavatory undermount porcelain bowl replaced, faucet installed and tested with no issues or leaks at this time. Replaced shower handle adapter and tested with no further issues at this time.

Called out for bathroom repairs. Home owner has a undermount sink bowl in master bathroom cracked and needing replaced. Also has upstairs jack n jill price pfister shower handle had come apart. Found that the handle adapter cracked and needs to be replaced. Will put together an estimate to provided and replace the sink bowl and handle adapter.

CUSTOMER STATED: No hot water TECHNICIAN NOTES: Noritz tankless water heater installed on the exterior of the home next to crawlspace door not igniting. Tested with Noritz tech support and confirmed circuit board has failed and needs to be replaced. Water heater is no longer covered under manufacturers warranty. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: CHW approved circuit board replacement, need to order parts and return to complete when they arrive. JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: RETURN TRIP NEEDED PARTS: https://support.noritz.com/shc701h Promotions box - SAVE20 AUTHO: Disgnosis submitted to CHW via web portal and authorization received through text Job NOT COMPLETED February 16, 2024. Existing tankless unit does NOT have a remote controller and that is needed to replace the circuit board and get the unit operational. Also found an internal leak and the cabinet is holding water. Highly recommend replacing external tankless unit with a new unit.
