This a complimentary estimate to locate a septic tank using probing rod CUSTOMER STATED : we need to find clean out for our septic tank. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today to locate a clean out for the existing septic tank for the newly built home. When we arrived, the homeowner stated they needed to know where their existing septic tank was located. The back side of the had a visible clean out. RESOLUTION : Used probing rod to locate the existing concrete septic tank. Tank is located in the back yard of the home. JOB STATUS : Job complete JOB NOTES : Check collected for diagnostic fee.

Customer stated: everything in hall bathroom was clogged. Technician notes: upon inspection found that main branch for hall bathroom had a blockage, removed trap under lavatory sink and used sewer machine to clear blockage from drain line, was able to pull back paper products and hair. Filled and dumped tub while running lavatory and flushing toilet multiple times, no blockages are occurring at this time.
