Came out today due to me forgetting to turn on the electric water heater back on from when water services line was repaired flipped breaker back on and made sure water was getting hot Job is compleat This was a recall on my self Customer is fully aware that the heater is way past its life expectancy As of me leaving today there was hot water

Called out today due to the being a hug water bill Upon further inspection found that the water services was leaking going in to the foundation Shut down the water at the meter and dug up the water services line Had to cut out a section of pipe about 15 feet long and pull it though the foundation and made connection in the crawl space Also while in the crawl space we also replace the hole home water shut off in the crawl space to isolate the house from the street Upon turning water back on found no other leaks at this time Job is compleat Ready to send

Dhufstetler 01/17/24 Customer stated back hose bib near hot tub outside leaking constantly. Tested hose bib and found that it is running constantly and does not turn all the way off. Tightened packing nut but leak persisted. Recommend replacing hose bib. Customer accepted estimate, replaced hose bib and tested with no leaks. Please bill card ending in 5015 that is on file for customer, confirmed via phone call. JOB COMPLETE

This estimate is for a slab leak repair in kitchen/living room area behind right corner of island, we will busy concrete up, remove dirt and find leak. Once leak is located we will make repair, turn water back on and test. We will then pour concrete back and clean.

INSTALL SHOWER HEAD - ROBERT STATED THAT THE HOT SIDE LOW PRESSURE DUE TO GUNK IN VALVE AND SCREEN

Sorted out issues with recirculating system and master shower pressure issues. Need a return trip to install new shower head. Shower head should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday 25-26

Came out to location to replace cartridge once the cartridge was replaced we got the hot water side working properly as of today. The filter screens on all sprayers where clogged up and needed to be taken apart as well. The pressure is working properly on each sprayer now after repairs where made.

Came out today to diagnose issue at location, I found that the sprayers where working properly on cold on each sprayer. Once the hot side was turned on we had issues with getting the hot water to supply to each sprayer which points to the fact that it’s a cartridge issue. D155000BT shower valve type brand unable to remove cartridge at the moment. MGPNOTES: will need to order cartridge for replacement danze brand may have lifetime warranty on parts.

CUSTOMER STATED : TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today to replace a 50 gallon electric water heater with all new code required items and permitting.
