This estimate is for a slab leak repair in kitchen/living room area behind right corner of island, we will busy concrete up, remove dirt and find leak. Once leak is located we will make repair, turn water back on and test. We will then pour concrete back and clean.

Sorted out issues with recirculating system and master shower pressure issues. Need a return trip to install new shower head. Shower head should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday 25-26

Came out to location to replace cartridge once the cartridge was replaced we got the hot water side working properly as of today. The filter screens on all sprayers where clogged up and needed to be taken apart as well. The pressure is working properly on each sprayer now after repairs where made.

Came out today to diagnose issue at location, I found that the sprayers where working properly on cold on each sprayer. Once the hot side was turned on we had issues with getting the hot water to supply to each sprayer which points to the fact that it’s a cartridge issue. D155000BT shower valve type brand unable to remove cartridge at the moment. MGPNOTES: will need to order cartridge for replacement danze brand may have lifetime warranty on parts.

CUSTOMER STATED : TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today to replace a 50 gallon electric water heater with all new code required items and permitting.

CUSTOMER STATED : One of the water heaters are not working properly. TECHNICIAN NOTES : When I arrived today I found 2 50 gallon electric water heater in the basement ran in parallel. Both 2.5 gallon expansion tanks are defective. I recommend rebuilding the 2nd water heater with new top and bottom thermostats and both top and bottom heating elements and I also recommend installing a 5 gallon expansion tank to the hot water system. RESOLUTION : Estimate to replace 50 gallon electric water heater has been sold. Need to schedule for upcoming Monday to come back out and replace water heater. JOB NOTES : ESTIMATE SOLD job complete NEED TO SCHEDULE WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT FOR UPCOMING MONDAY MORNING
