Customer had a pipe break on a half-inch CVC line, most likely due to the bad insulation in the home. Crack is right next to an exterior wall and broke about 1 in.² past the 90° shark bite connection. Due to the location of the pipe and the weather conditions, we would be capping off the line today and once the weather and the restoration process has started, we will be able to come back and make the repair. The only fixture affected is the powder bathroom, hot side faucet with the rest of the home being able to be used as normal. Customer will be contacting us to get back on the schedule once the above items have been addressed. Out today 2/27/24 Trevor J. Removed CPVC and ran new 1/2” PEX all the way up to a new stop under the sink. Also found another broken 1/2” CPVC line serving the exterior hose bib. Cut out affected section and replace
