CUSTOMER STATED: clogged main floor toilet again TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out today I found a main floor powder bathroom toilet was clogged will need to auger to clear toilet. RESOLUTION: tried running auger with no luck today, ended up having to pull toilet and running my auger back wards to help clear what was stuck in it, as of today I found what was a foreign object inside the line a vape pen, explained to home owner , but toilet is clear as of today without further issues. CUSTOMER STATED: leaking pipe in kitchen sink area, toilet won’t flush TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out today I didn’t find any leaks in kitchen sink area but still tightened all other fittings to avoid further issues, main floor toilet is clogged and will need to be augered or plunged. RESOLUTION: tightened the fittings in the kitchen area of home tubular and found no further issues with the sink, the toilet after running auger and plunger was cleared without further issues of flushing if it happens again we will need to run a camera clean out is near bushes which could be an issue. Toilet is clogged and needs unclogged. Ran closet auger into toilet. Resolution: Moved clog through toilet trap. No foreign objects pulled back. Test flushed toilet multiple times. CUSTOMER STATED: leaking kitchen faucet, and a leaking shower TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for a leaking faucet and leaking shower while out today I found the kitchen faucet was loose and needed to be tightened it was leaking from the top handle area of faucet, shower was a three handle that was leaking from stem area needed to be resealed and tightened also replaced the handle. RESOLUTION: tightened the faucet and found no further issues cartridge was loose, and shower stem was needing to be resealed and new handle installed, as of today we have no further leaks. Customer stated: the newly installed gas meter needs to be connected to the house. Technician notes: upon arrival found newly installed gas meter on the left side of the house, the meter was not connected to the black iron stubbed out of the house, removed the black iron that was not installed correctly for the new meter and installed new 1 inch black iron and fittings, connected to meter. Unable to turn the gas meter on to test newly installed piping due to the meter being locked. Mpg notes: please look over invoice to correct pricing for resipro. No clean out located on property. CUSTOMER STATED : Faucet is constantly running in men’s restroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to Office Depot today for the concern of the men’s bathroom, faucet constantly running. Upon inspection investigating, I found no mechanical failures with the faucet. Both hot and cold cartridges to the glacier bay faucet are sealing water properly. After conversating with one of the workers he stated a different contractor came out and repaired the faucet. Since repairs were made by a different contractor, there is nothing we can do today. RESOLUTION : No mechanical failures found while on site today. Need to bill out for our commercial service fee. JOB STATUS : Job complete. JOB NOTES : No mechanical failures on site in the men’s restroom.

CUSTOMER STATED : No hot water, vanity needs to be caulked, and toilet is loose in guest bathroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for several concerns. When I arrived the tenant made me aware of a vanity not caulked to the base of the cabinet and a loose toilet in the full guest bathroom of the home. Tenant also stated they had no hot water. When I began diagnosing the existing 40 gallon electric water heater, I found the top element to have voltage but the bottom element did not have voltage. top/lower thermostats and the lower heating element have been replaced and the bottom heating element still is not getting any voltage. Water heater has a internal wiring issue and needs to be replaced. RESOLUTION : Caulked vanity and performed a pull and rest of the toilet in the full guest bathroom to resolve customers concerns. Repairs have been tested with no further issues. Existing 40 gallon electric water heater on a stand in the garage needs to be replaced. JOB NOT

CUSTOMER STATED: The homeowner complaint is that they are still having problems with the water heater shutting off after a few minutes of heating up TECHNICIAN NOTES: I tested the water heater the pilot light lights upon the first attempt and stays lit with no issues Then when turning the burner on it lights up with n issue but while burning the flame is large and orange it never turns blue and gets smaller And after a few minutes the water heater cuts off and the sensor on the door trips The homeowner told me that the other company’s that choice sent out here first replaced the gas control valve and the burner plate and the door sensor RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: My recommendation is to replace the burner assembly and possibly the gas control valve JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?) CUSTOMER STATED: there was a smell in basement bathroom about a week ago. TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection found basement bathroom was on a sewage ejection pump, no smell was found upon arrival, ran all fixtures in basement and pump is kicking on and off as it is supposed to, no plumbing problems were found at this time.
