Runed camera to inspect sewer. Line. For a second opinion we found not a major problem for this one. Yea there’s a tiny belly but this is a no reason to fix it is so tiny. Job done .

Showed today On site, we found problem on the tubular pipes , this is because they put a new drop sink and is to deep for the plumbing so we had to flip the trap to order to tie on the plumbing that is coming off the wall. if this happens again we have to either fix the plumbing on the wall or put a new sink that is not to deep

Customer States: There is a toilet leaking in the powder bathroom. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a toilet leaking in the main level powder bathroom. Found leak to be coming from the tank bolts. Tank bolts will need replaced to solve this issue. Resolution: Installed two new tank bolts with new washers in the powder bathroom toilet. Restored water and tested for proper function/ leaks. Job Notes: Tenant is concerned with the water damage caused from this leaking toilet. The rooms smells of mildew and you can see where the hardwood flooring is stained from the water.

ResiPro Upon inspection I found that the tubular located under the upstairs full guest bathroom was not properly installed. I had disassemble the existing tubular P-trap and install new extension piece as the trap was set to low causing water to overflow, and leak into the cabinet. Resolution: I was able to successfully disassemble existing tubular, and install extension tube while reassembling the P-trap assemble with no issues. I tested with running/volume amounts of water with no leaks or issues. MGP Notes: **Please bill out to ResiPro for todays completed work**

Customer States: Upstairs and main level tubs are not draining. Upstairs diverter is not properly sending water up to shower head. Technician Notes: Out today to look into various issues in the home. Main level tub is slow draining. Removed stopper and adjusted to proper height and secured back into drain. Upstairs tub/ shower is slow draining and the diverter is not sending all of the water up to shower head. When you turn diverter to shower head there is still water coming out of the spout. Removed diverter from Price Pfister three handle valve and found it was worn and missing a vital piece. Installed an entirely new diverter stem in the valve. Cleared debris from the drain and properly reinstalled stopper. Resolution: Tested each repair for proper function and leaks. No other issues at this time. Job Notes: Bill to ResiPro. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to ResiPro Estimates: No additional needed.
