CM 04/08/2024 Customer stated: they had no water. Tech notes: called out today to look at a home getting no water while on site I checked the meter box to find no lock on the meter and it being completely open. Resolution: talked to the neighbors to find they have no water either. Home owner needs to call the county/city to figure out why the whole street has no water. Neighbor said that the owner of the road has a company working on the water line for the neighborhood. Job status complete. Job notes: septic with no clean out. No water to check pressure.

Came today to build estimate for installing a sump pump in the crawl space. Found water still sitting in crawl space where it had rain recently. The water heater pan still had a little bit of water in it. Did not find any leaks on the water heater its self. The tenet stated that ever time it rains water comes into basement that butts up to the crawl space. To install the sump pump to pump out the rain water we will need to dig down and use a basin or bucket to sit the pump in so that the pump will be lower the. The water heater as the water heater is in the lowest part of the crawl space already, then run a 1 1/2” drain pipe with a check and ball valve from sump pump approximately 10 feet and drill out the brick to out the back of the house under the back porch to drain off the rain water that leaks into crawl space. Job is not completed Estimates are ready to send

Customer Stated: They had an issue with the toilet flushing slowly, and a smell coming from it as well. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a glacier bay elongated toilet located in the upstairs hallway guest bathroom of home. I found that the toilet was flushing as normal, but I did find that the fill valve has failed causing water to not fill completely inside of the tank. While on site, I checked whole home water pressure, and received a reading of 95 psi which is outside of state code regulations. This indicates that the PRV has failed, and is causing secondary damage throughout the fixtures in the home. I was unable to find location of the PRV. I believe it is located behind the drywall in the basement of home. Resolution: I was able to successfully remove the existing failed, fill valve for the upstairs glacier bay, long gated toilet, and replace with brand new fill valve with no issues. I flush the toilet numerous times with no leaking or any further issues. I re
