Customer stated main level bathroom tub was clogged. Technician out after inspecting I found it it was clogged you to hair and debris in the drain. Resolution after removing the tub drain strainer in the hair, I restored function to the tub is currently draining as it should Job is complete Submit online to resipro No estimate at this time

Out today to address 2 nd floor hallway toilet. Homeowner stated concerns is that it will periodically clog and not flush. This is a two piece elongated from comfort height glacier bay toilet. I found that there was no current clog and toilet seemed to be flushing as it should. I did find that the water level was low and the flapper was worn. I raised the level and replaced that flapped. This is a low flow 1.28 GPF toilet Toilet is flushing as it should at this time. Job complete No additional estimates Please bill out

Customer stated: needed water to house turned back on. Technician notes: upon inspection found that water meter was in the off position with a lock on it, per Jeremiah’s instructions cut off the lock and turned water to house back on, performed a quick walk through of house and found no mechanical failures at this time. Spoke with Jeremiah via recorded phone call and he stated the water just needed turned on, he also advised to leave the water meter on. Customer stated: out today to assess leak or bursted pipes. Tech notes: there is a lock on meter. I tried cutting it off with my saw for several minutes. I was able to cut due to it moving around in the meter box. We will need to get back out here with a special grinder wheel to cut through it. Bolt cutters won’t cut through it. I did notice that the water heater has cpvc above heater. I recommend installing copper to prevent any burst pipes. Resolution : need to come back out with the correct tools to cut through the lock at meter. The code did not work the Jeremiah gave me he said if it doesn’t work then cut it off.
