Customer States: Main level hallway bathroom tub is draining slowly. Fills up when they are running the shower. They also need the water heater looked at for issues. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with the main level hallway bathroom tub/shower draining slowly. Removed the stopper from the tub drain to discover hair and soap scum build up in the drain. Hair and soap scum will clog up and weaken the performance of the drain. Tenant also wanted me to take a look at the water heater in the main level interior utility closet. There is a 3 year old 40 gallon natural gas Rheem water heater in this closet. Looked over water heater for issues and found none. Just needed a check up. Resolution: Removed the hair build up from the main level hallway bathroom tub drain, reinstalled stopper, tested for proper flow. Drain is working as it should now. Job Notes: Sewer clean out located in the front/ middle of home. Tested water pressure off of the rear hose bib at 65psi. Job S

Customer stated that the toilet in the master is constantly running Upon further inspection found the fill valve to have gone bad and was constantly running Replace the fill valve in the back of the toilet Turned water back on and check for leaks and functional Everything is working properly at this time and there are no leaks at this time Job compleat

Arrived at the property and tenant stated a roofing company came out to assess the issue and found nothing wrong. She said that the issue was a slight sine on the kitchen ceiling. House is single story and she said they check the roof and the hvac unit in the attic and found no issues. She has not had any issues since. Tenant did not let me into house stating that there is no issue.

Tenet states they hear water running out of master bathroom tub when it is filled and hall bathroom does not hold water when filling tub Master bathroom tub has 2 cracks in it one is very bad the other is a hairline crack. Did not even attempt to fill the tub due to simply putting a slight amount of weight onto the tub separated the crack. Tub needs to be replaced. Hall bathroom tub has push button drain. Tenet here stated at their last house you twisted the drain piece to fill tub and this one isn’t working. Walked the tenet through how to use the drain and tested it to find no issues. Job is not completed.

Stated.. leaking bath tub Technician notes.. came out today to diagnose a leaking bathtub while on site we found that the shower head was not tightened enough causing some water to go backwards down the wall and out of the tub. Resolution.. took the shower head off and put it back on tighter stopping the leak. No further concerns at this time. Status.. complete Notes.. No visible clean out

Customer complained of a gas smell whenever they use the oven. They stated that they moved in in December and hardly ever use the oven. When tech came out today, we found that there was no active gas leak. Technician tested with gas, sniffing tool, all connections in kitchen to find no active leak. Smell is most likely the oven firing up and that’s what they are smelling since the customers stated that the smell of gas goes away shortly after they smell it.

CUSTOMER STATED: shower handle won’t turn all the way TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found a shower handle which was adjusted to a lower temp making it so handle would stop half way, and a tub spout leaking , also shower valve with leak on piping and a shower head leaking at drop ear, will need to send estimates for reworking of that piping material RESOLUTION: replaced the tub spout and adjusted the temperature to a higher setting but it will be a lower temp still due to scalding will happen if I turn up scald guard all the way up , will need to send in to replace piping material at shower valve , and that goes up to shower head. CUSTOMER STATED: leaking kitchen sink TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found tubular which was loose and needed new washers. RESOLUTION: as of today have re tightened and added new washers to tubular without further issues as of today tubular goes into abs piping , located in kitchen of home . JOBSTATUS: complete

CUSTOMER STATED:leak from upstairs master bathroom toilet TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection we find out toilet in the upstairs bathroom (master bedroom) was leaking due to a defective flange RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We replaced old flange as well as a new 3” pvc 90 fitting and also a peace of 3” pvc pipe was added in order to make the repair work more efficiently. CM 03/11/2024 Customer stated: they had a gas leak. Tech notes: called out today to look for a gas leak. While on site I found the gas leak was coming from the black iron elbow behind the gas stove. We had used the sniffer to find the leak behind the stove. We cut a hole in the garage ceiling to help diagnose the gas leak. Resolution: shut off gas to home to remove black iron elbow. Once elbow was removed we installed a new elbow and shut off. Once completed we turned gas on to find everything functions properly as should with no leaks or drips. Job status complete.
