CUSTOMER STATED: Home is backing up TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern of the home backing up. When I arrived the tenant brought me to the full bathroom in the hallway and the master bathroom. Both are on the main level of the home. Both toilets for each bathroom were backed up when I arrived. I popped the clean out outside the home and there was no water flow outside when I was running the tub/shower in the full bathroom in the hallway. Toilet in the full hallway bathroom is first in line so I performed a pull and reset on the toilet and ran sewer machine through the sewer line. RESOLUTION: Performed a pull and reset and ran the sewer machine in the hallway full bathroom. With performing a pull and reset, the toilet water supply line and wax ring seal has also been replaced. After running sewer machine, I was able to clear blockage and give the tenants relief. Both toilets in the home are now flushing properly and when tub/shower is being ran, water
CUSTOMER STATED: TECHNICIAN NOTES: RESOLUTION: JOB NOTES: STATUS AUTHO ESTIMATES This estimate is to jet the sewer line outside the home with a special jetting machine to cut up the roots. Please note this estimate is to remove roots only and does not replace the line. Roots will eventually come back and cause this issue again. Job complete
CUSTOMER STATED: Bathtub is backing up TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern of a bathtub backing up. When I arrived the homeowner brought me to the full bathroom on the lower level of the home. When I walked into the bathroom the tub/shower was full of water and could not drain. I was successful using the plunger on the tub/shower. After plunging tub/shower the water is now able to drain. It is appears that pop up drain assembly is causing the tub to drain at low flow. When I removed the pop up drain assembly the tub/shower drained much better. The tenant also brought me to the full guest bathroom upstairs where they also had a concern with the tub/shower not draining properly. RESOLUTION: Plunged tub/shower in the full bathroom on the lower level of the home and cleared out hair from the tub/shower drain located in the full guest bathroom upstairs. CUSTOMER STATED: Our cold shower handle has broken. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for a return trip to install a new cold delta shower handle adapter for the 2 handle shower valve located in the full bathroom on the lower level of the home. When I arrived the cold handle was off to the side. RESOLUTION: Replaced broken adapter for the cold handle on the 2 handle delta shower valve for the tub/shower unit located in the downstairs full bathroom. After making repair, the tub/shower is not fully operable. Both hot and cold handles are operating properly at this point in time. JOB NOTES: No other mechanical failures found during todays visit. STATUS : job complete AUTHO ESTIMATES : no estimates to forward at this point in time. ResiPro return trip to install new handle adapter on cold side for the Delta two handle shower valve in the bottom level guest bathroom. Once part arrives we can get customer back on schedule. ******RETURN TRIP WILL HAVE TO BE SCHEDULE******* TECHNICIN AND HELPER WIL BE NEEDED WHEN YOU REMOVE THE CAP BE REDY FOR WATER TO COME OUT. this was a return trip today to replace the trap assembly along with waste/drain assembly. When I started to cut the waste and overflow the remaining section of two inch abs came loose from the PVC 90 it was attached to. Currently the two inch line is capped off, the waste and over flow is removed. Tenant has a second bathroom available, the only thin inoperable at this time is the master tub shower. RESCHEDULE FOR TECHNICIAN AND HELPER. CUSTOMER STATED: TECHNICIAN NOTES: RESOLUTION: JOB NOTES: STATUS AUTHO ESTIMATES This estimate is to replace the waste and over flow using a glued style kit due to the fitment. We will also need to replace part of the 2 inch abs p trap to properly secure the new waste and over flow pvc.
Out today to address tenant concerns of a leak under the kitchen sink. Upon inspection I found the drip coming from a dual supply shut off. I was able to tighten both supply lines and the packing nut. Drip has stopped and is functioning properly. Job complete Please bill out No estimates
Out today to investigate an area of the floor that was wet. Upon inspection I found that this is a split level home and the are in question is the front right corner of the home. There are water stains on the drywall at floor level and when inspecting above this area I found there to be no plumbing, just an abandoned flared copper line for the refrigerator and no water marks on the drop ceiling tiles. This is NOT A PLUMBING RELATED ISSUE. I would speculate that this is a gutter drainage or ground water foundation issue. Job complete No estimates Please bill out.
Customer stated he was coming through the lower level ceiling Technician notes after inspecting I found the upstairs master bathroom, toilet tank had cracked and was constantly dripping water in the floor, directly above where the water was coming thr Resolution my recommendation is to replace the toilet due to the cracked tank and being unrepairable. Please read notes PLEASE RESCHEDULE AND MUST BE AN AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT, HUSBAND WORKS OVERNIGHT AND WILL NOT WAKE UP Arrived and after multiple attempts did not have any answer at the door. Called and spoke with Alicia who stated someone was at home and she would call him to get up. Waited another period and heard the lock open automatically, called Alicia back to get update. She stated that I could go in and yell which should wake him up. I attempted to do so and got no response. I yelled from the front door and even took several steps up the stairs and still no response. I once again called her and let her know that at this time we would not be entering out of an abundance of caution and would apprise the office of the situation and reschedule.
Customer stated upstairs master bathroom tub leak into the ceiling below when you being used Technician notes after cutting a hole in the ceiling below. I found multiple issues with this master bathroom tub, such as the waste and overflow Husseini, very harsh angle, connecting to the drain line is a threaded tubular fitting. The overflow is not connected to the drain at any point. Resolution today’s visit was to diagnose the issue. We will need to submit to resipro to replace the waste and overflow in the small section of the 2 inch drain line and reschedule for a later.
