CUSTOMER STATED : Kitchen sink plumbing not working TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the kitchen sink leaking. When I arrived I found the tubular under the kitchen sink on the right side has become loose due to the right side missing a tubular farrell and because the flanges extension for the right side was too short. While on site, tenant also made me aware of the kitchen faucet being loose due to the mounting hardware breaking. I also found signs of a defective pressure regulating valve that is located in the basement of the home. RESOLUTION : Installed new kitchen faucet with pull down sprayer, replaced defective zurn pressure regulating valve located in the basement, and made a minor repair to the right side of the kitchen sink drain/tubular. All repairs have been pressurized and tested for leaks. At this point in time there are no further concerns. JOB STATUS : Job complete JOB NOTES : Please bill resipro for invoice amount for work completed while on site toda

The tenants complaint is that they have noticed over the past year that where the front hose bib goes out of the foundation wall there has been some moisture they have never seen a puddle or any actual dripping just that the concrete around the hose bib line is damp We looked at the area and have found the concrete around the hose bib is damp but after waiting and testing for several minutes we did not find an active leak We did notice there is a large gap on the exterior brick wall behind the hose bib and when it rains water could be getting into that and soaking into the hydraulic cement that was used to seal around the hose bib line There is a lot of corrosion on the hose bib’s line at the tee fitting We did find that the water pressure is high We replaced the prv and in the process of that the hose bib line popped out of the tee on the main line So we went ahead and replaced the hose bib along with 7 feet of pipe Job completed No more estimates are needed No visible clean

- The customer reported a leak in the laundry room when the master bathroom shower was turned on. - Upon investigation, we discovered that the shark bite fip was leaking on the master bathroom shower valve, leading to the leak in the laundry room. To access the issue, we had to cut open the wall in the hall bathroom. - To resolve the problem, we removed and replaced the shark bite fip and a portion of the shower riser with new pex and fittings. - Please bill accordingly for the work performed. - The job is now complete.
